I was impressed with Providence Place Memory Care. The tour experience was very good. The staff who assisted me was very informative. I also went back and sat and watched the help interact with the patients, and they were very good about that. I was very impressed with the way the staff interacted with the patients. They just didn't leave them sitting there, they all interacted and got them going, doing things and stuff like that. The place was very clean and very homey. You walk in there, and that's the first impression you get. The kitchen was very clean and neat. Like restaurant style, they served the patients their food. They said they had the main meals and snacks in between. Everything was all homemade because it was on a smaller basis. They said the cook had been there a long time and was very good at what she did.
