My parents will be moving into Provision Living at Forest Hills. We chose them because of the location and the amenities offered. The staff was very helpful, answered all our questions, and was empathetic. They have a gym, a courtyard with gardening, and very nice activity areas. They have buses for doctor's appointments and/or outings. There are restaurants nearby. There's a nice little grocery store and an upscale grocery store. It's right next to Forest Hills Art Center and they have senior services there as well.

I toured Provision Living at Forest Hills. The rooms were perfect. It's exactly what we needed. It still might be on our list. The staff was great. Everything was great. It's a perfect match for us, but for some reason my mom is reluctant to go there. The food looked good, too. They have a two-bedroom available plus a washer and dryer in the unit. They have an exercise room, they have movies, and they have special gathering rooms. They have it all. It's brand new, too.

Visually, Provision Living at Forest Hills is beautiful. It was only built a couple of years ago. The staff here are wonderful. It's a very nice place. The staff is all wonderful. I have no complaints about the staff at all. Food is very good for an assisted living place. The layout is beautiful; it's good. I have moved in last November 2021. They offer activities but I don't engage. They have too many concerts right outside my door. It's a very expensive place.

My father-in-law will be moving into Provision Living at Forest Hills. Everything was very clean. It was lively. They had music playing, and the residents and the staff were really friendly. Whenever I call Provision, they answer the phone and call me right back. Their customer service is excellent. We only looked at studio rooms, and they were spacious and very nice. There was a guy playing the accordion, so they had live music. I know they have exercise programs and bingo, but I didn't really look at a lot of that. They're very organized. I'm just very impressed by their facility. They're very nice from the desk people throughout.

Provision Living at Forest Hills in Grand Rapids was brand new and very posh looking. I have no other impressions of that place. The staff was very pleasant and seemed to be very caring about my situation. The facility was very new and it seemed to have more of a hotel quality. It really wasn't very homey. I was looking for memory care. It was so new, that there was hardly any staff. I think there was one or two residents that I saw. It was really much too new for me to comment on. It was high-ceilinged, not very warm, but beautiful, and very, very elegant.

Provision Living is a brand new facility in Forest Hills and is top notch in care, cleanliness , food and amenities. The residents rooms are nicely equipped and the bathrooms are large and barrier free! The staff has been very attentive and listen to family members and residents. The chef is outstanding. My mom had lived in 2 other facilities and has never had food prepared like it is a Provisions! Provisions isn’t cheap ... but remember our parents are in Assisted Living for a reason and we want them taken care of properly.. this costs money! There aren’t as many activities at Provisions as you might find with more established facilities BUT...they are adding different activities as the facility becomes more occupied, which is understandable! They listen to the residents and are adding what is requested! They have a very bus that they will take your loved ones to appointments, local plays and movies!

About Provision Living at Forest Hills in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Opening in the Spring of 2019, this brand new Community, Provision Living at Forest Hills, is a 113-apartment senior living community that was intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of older adults.
With both assisted living and memory care services, residents have their choice of purposefully designed studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom private apartments, which include full bathroom, kitchenette, emergency call response, fire safety system, and individualized heating and cooling. The building also features a beautiful dining room, ground level courtyard, full-service salon, computer room, fitness center, on-site rehabilitation center, and much more.
In addition to our purposefully designed private apartments, Provision Living’s amenities include restaurant-style dining with three delicious meals daily; weekly apartment housekeeping; weekly linen and laundry services; trained staff on-site 24 hours each day; assistance with daily life tasks such as dressing, bathing, and mobility; medication management and administration; and social events and activities for individuals and groups.
Our team of care partners focuses on delivering great service and care to our residents. To accomplish this, we purposefully avoid complex point systems and care level programs that create a distraction and produce a culture that identifies elders with daily care tasks. We believe pricing for assisted living services should be transparent, predictable and provide flexibility to allow for changes in needs and interests.
Our pricing resembles a monthly lease, like an apartment, based on the specific unit style. There are no long-term leasing commitments and no restrictive buy-in fees required to live at this community. Our inclusive pricing model helps older adults and their families confidently plan for the cost associated with senior living services.
