My Aunt Beverly was one of the first residents to move in. We are so blessed to have her in such a wonderful place. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping has everything perfect at all times. I feel the nurses are very good at keeping the family informed on residence care. I think the whole place has a feeling of a beautiful cruise ship. My Aunt is very happy there.

Palm Vista Senior Living was very nice. It was brand new. It's just very expensive and that would be the downside. The lady who gave the tour was great. They were doing a group activity when I was there. They were tossing a ball in the common area. The food looked very extravagant. It smelled really good. They have a full menu so they don't have a set meal plan. It's like a restaurant. So, it's pretty fancy. They also have an open area, like a little sitting area outside the dining area, that is fully stocked with fruits, vegetables, desserts, cookies, milk, coffee, and tea. That's 24 hours. So, that was nice.

My wife was at Palm Vista Senior Living. It was very clean, but I think the ratio of staff to residents would be my concern there. They've only got X number of caregivers versus more residents. You have one caregiver to about four residents. My wife had a shared room there and it was clean. The facility was also nice and clean. They have music, small bands that come in there (like a two-person band) that would play music. All the residents could go up and listen to the music and what have you. They provide colors and coloring books. They've got a TV that they can watch, and they've got puzzles to put together (the larger pieces). Everything was in working order.

Mom is at Palm Vista Senior Living and it's been a positive experience so far. They have activities for her throughout the day that she participated in. She has her meals and snacks in between, so she can pretty much eat any time that she likes. I went to have lunch with her one day and the food was very good. It's a new facility and she's the first occupant of the place. She's in memory care and she hasn't gotten her permanent room yet, because we were doing this on a trial basis, but I think that she will be permanent there. The room she has right now is nice. It's clean, very neat, and has a private bath. The common areas are very nice, too. The cafe area looks like a little restaurant. It's very nice and cozy. They have two common living areas that look the same. They look like little living rooms that have a sofa and a couple of chairs with a television. They also have an outdoor court area with a garden, a little waterfall, and bench seating. It's very homey.

Palm Vista Senior Living is a brand-new place. It reminds me of a resort, like really well put together. It was amazing. Everyone was very professional, super friendly, and very helpful. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, and the place was immaculate. It's brand new. It was super contemporary. The aesthetics were wonderful. From the outside to the inside, everything was amazing.
