They said that the people were driving here but then I found out that they were walking here. I don't want to be bothered by people who are uncooperative. I want the people who come and work for you to have the desire to work. The last person who came by just sat on her phone and didn't do anything.

They made it quite easy for us. I was happy, I didn't have any questions on what they were doing because he was so happy. They were excellent and really good with my father. They were very attentive and conscious about his care. They tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible.

One thing they have helped the most with is peace of mind and it allows me to have time to relax. One thing I like about the agency is everyone is nice and they seem to genuinely be looking out for my father and me.

The caregiver gives my loved one her meals, helps her if she needs to go to the bathroom, and will be here when I am out to keep an eye on my loved one. We have found a great caregiver to work with, but I'm not a big fan of their billing system as it causes issues.

He doesn't demand much and they meet him where he is. The caregiver could and should show more initiative in light housekeeping or do laundry. I like that we have had consistent care.
