I've been using FirstLight Homecare for about a year now. They do a good job. They come five days a week. They cook my meals, they shower me, and they clean the house. Scheduling is OK. Jeannette has done an outstanding job.

I've been getting help through FirstLight Homecare for about 15 months now. Everybody is so nice and the caregivers really care about me and what I need. They've learned things from me like using a PureWick and they cook for me. They're all wonderful to talk to. The caregivers have lots of different people that they have to deal with, and they come see me at 7:00 at night. They may have been working all day with a bunch of different people a few hours at a time, and they're still so pleasant and wonderful and will do anything I need. We talk and they do all the cleaning I need. They cook me nice meals. It's just really nice to have them around and have the professionalism that they show. They come every day from 7:00 to 10:00. Last year, it was mostly twice a day, three hours at a time because I had surgery, but now I don't need them that much. Any time my caregivers need a sub, they should call the office first and they do. I've had a lot of new people lately and I've kind of become the go to person to teach a new caregiver about the PureWick system and I enjoy doing that. They're willing to learn and all that. It works out just fine even when I have somebody that's a sub. Sometimes the office is a little confused and not very well organized, but the caregivers are wonderful.

FirstLight Homecare gives good service. I've been using them for two years now. They come in two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The caregiver does housework. She makes the bed, and she cooks. They'll send someone if the caretaker can't make it.

I'm a current client of FirstLight Homecare. It's absolutely wonderful. I have a woman that comes in three times a week to take care of my husband and myself. We're both disabled, and she does everything. I haven't found anything that she has said, "No, I can't do that." The post office won't deliver to our apartment building for some reason, so she goes to the post office to pick up our mail for us. We needed to get our ballots and she took our ballots down to the drop box for us. She cooks for us three times a week when she's here. She does all of the cleaning in the house. She is absolutely fabulous. The other day, our bedding needed to be cleaned and we gave her money and she took our stuff to the laundromat and cleaned our comforter, blanket, and mattress pad. I'm just so pleased with their service. This is the second provider that we've had. The first one that we had was having some problems and was no longer able to work. Without a break, we didn't miss one day of service. They had somebody else right in to take care of us.

I'm happy with FirstLight Homecare. It's been about two years and they come three days a week. I particularly like Jeanette. She couldn't be better. She's perfect, but I guess nobody's perfect. I've been very satisfied with FirstLight. They're very good people. The services include bathing care, some cooking, some cleaning, and helping me walk. Scheduling is very good. You can count on them. The caregiver always comes when she's supposed to, on time.
