I visited this facility
The staff is wonderful and they seem to do all they can to help the residents enjoy life. The rooms are a bit small and price isn't cheap, but I don't know that it's any more expensive than similar facilities. On the plus side, each room has it's own bathroom and there are lots of activities that are planned for the residents. - Not the fanciest in town, but the staff and care are wonderful, the food is good, and the rooms are comfortable. It's spotlessly clean, and has a beautiful sun room, along with a full range of activities for the residents. The 54 bus stops right in front and the 44 is just a few blocks away. A friend's aunt was a resident here and enjoyed it very much.
