I am a past client of this provider
I really liked the lady from Addus Health Care that came out for mom. They actually started off really good, and then all of a sudden we started noticing maybe a couple of weeks then, she wouldn't even show up or she was late or wouldn't even call up or I would go over to my mom's and no one's there or her medication wasn't taken.
So after a while I had to start calling my mom every morning just to make sure she gets up for her daycare to get dressed and everything. I talked to Addus Health Care numerous times about it. I talked to Philadelphia Corporation for Aging about it because they recommended Addus, and they actually talked to them as well. And they were shocked about the whole thing too because this usually is a very good agency, and they never had a problem with them, but they didn't know what was going on.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I cannot say enough good things about Addus Health Care. Would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.
