All home health aides are State certified and all personnel are carefully screened, tested and bonded prior to placement in the home. They are also required to pass pre-employment physicals and undergo competency evaluations. Expert Home Care also does comprehensive criminal background checks and DMV reports on all personnel.

I interviewed this provider
I interveiwed this service provider and had a wonderful experience,i eas interveiwing because my grandmother had just turned 66,and was having issues falling down and I wanted her to have full care where she would feel comfortable. First I called expert home care to make an appointment and just get details and see if my grandma was comfortable there. When I called they were friendly, and explained their services, so later on I went for my interveiw and the place seemed clean and the staff seemed friendly and treated the seniors very well. They answered all mt questions and more and never once seemed annoyed I was asking so many, they made me feel like they knew what I was feeling and going through, I gelt the personal customer service care was tailored to my needs. This is a wonderful facility indeed.
