I interviewed this provider
Home instead was great with my grand mother right up until she passed away. They kept her medicated and actually logged the medications and oxygen she used. There were a few areas the could improve though. For instance the werent very punctual. They constantly late but the staff were a great bunch of people.
The staff were extremely polite and thorough in their work. They were great at setting IVs and not bruising her. They made sure she didnt get bed sores by turning her on her opposite side every hour on the hour every day till she passed. After she passed the even stayed and cleaned up after she was taken away to the funural home. I acually have a close connection with one of there staff now because the way they handled the situation. I would definitly recommend them to a freind or grand parent and if it comes to it i will be using them.
