Hospice Journey provides an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. Their program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, in familiar surroundings. Hospice care is centered on both the patient/ family/caregiver model. Hospice staff respects and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values, and their wishes. There is no other facility that will give this level of love and support to your loved one as they enter this phase of life. This is an extraordinary facility. The reflection of their care is in the faces of the patients they cater to. I would place my loved one here.
