Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc.

As a professional in the region, I have informed clients about Legacy Home Health, which is a home health agency, providing in-home medical care to persons struggling with a health decline & striving to improve & recover.

Clients had many comments about this agency, indicating that at times, thet received quality care, by quality staff. However, many stated they had alot of problems, mostly with lack of quality care & with staff showing late for scheduled visits or no showing at all.

One client said: "You just can't count on them (staff) all the time, not sure when they were going to show." Another client stated: "They (staff) were late alot for visits & sometimes, when they finally got here, they weren't sure what to do. I am not happy at all."

It seems this home health agency has some major problems that need to be addressed & resolved before consistent, quality care can be delivered to their patients. Until this is done, I do not recommend this agency.
