A New Age of Senior Care At Wellington

The people are very caring at New Age Senior Care. It had a home like feel and they're very hands-on. There are 14 residents there, so the care is personalized versus having a larger facility. It has a nice garden outside, very secure, and nobody can get in unless they have the code.

They also have cameras all around the property so they can monitor what's going on at all times with the residents. The food is good. They do have an activities director who comes in every day and does activities with the residents. My mom seem happy there. However, it would be great if they could have an RN on staff, because that does limit them as far as the care that they can give.

Words cannot describe the gratitude and relief my family and I feel since my grandmother (89) became a resident at A New Age of Senior Care at Wellington. Tony and Diana and their staff are like family now, and they treat my grandmother like a guest at a five star hotel. Sometimes I wish I lived there. The first time we brought my grandmother to the property to see it, she kept asking us if she could stay, which made my Mom feel so wonderful. Prior to living there, she was living with my mother, who had to work full time. My mother, who is a nurse, was concerned for my grandmother's safety while she worked. After searching for many months for an assisted living facility in Miami, my mother finally asked if I could help her find some place in Palm Beach County for my grandmother. After my first call with Tony, I knew immediately that I found the perfect place for my grandmother and that she would feel completely at home there. My first visit was just icing on the cake. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming. My grandmother has been so happy with Tony and Diana and their staff and I look forward to my visits with my grandmother and no longer worry about her or my Mom.

I urge anyone who has an elderly love one that needs assistant living care to please visit this one of a kind facility. I have a mom 82 living there and after an unpleasant experience her and my dad had had two years ago at a large assistant living community, I was very reluctant to send her anywhere. When I heard about Senior Care at Wellington, I visited the site, fell in love with the place and my mom is the happiest she has been in years. She says "I feel like I'm on vacation". The owners Tony and Diana and their staff are the kindest, most considerate and loving people you will ever meet. If you are looking for a place that is quaint, peaceful, caring and affordable, you need not to look any further.

I visited this facility

I was looking for a home-like setting for my parents (ages 89/95). I was so happy to find this spaciously remodeled home that made us say "Wow". The home was bright and cheery with new furniture and coordinated bedding in each bedroom. There was also a large screened porch (for crafts and sitting), a yard with flowers and a cazebo for resting and napping. My parents are very happy, well fed, and all their needs are being met; thanks to the very cheerful, accommodating and dedicated owners (Tony and Diana) and their great staff. Come and see for yourself; you will be pleasantly surprised too..... Richard D.
