The Brentwood at Niles was clean, it was nice, and the people seemed happy. We looked at both assisted living and memory care. We are looking at assisted living for now but it will eventually be memory care for my friend. It was nice, we were pleased with it. I only really met one staff member and she was friendly. I don't know what specific activities they have but they had some people singing yesterday. The staff said that they have a lot more but we didn't ask what they were.

Our overall experience with Brentwood at Niles is excellent. The director is very informative and very helpful. The staff is pleasant and the food is great. My mom has a one-bedroom with fresh carpeting in. It's nicely painted and very clean with a large bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a small kitchenette. They always have activities going on, like nail day every week and more.

We did a tour of Brentwood at Niles, and we like that place as well. We looked at an apartment, and the one-bedroom apartment was pretty nice. The staff was very sweet. She was very nice and walked us through the whole thing. She took us on a little tour and showed us around. They were very respectful and nice. We just went in and looked at the dining area, but there weren't very many people in there at the time. We didn't eat anything, but it looked nice in there. There was an exercise class, but we just walked past that.

We have placed my father at Brentwood at Niles. I would say that we were impressed with the facility itself. They encourage their residents to be active and socialize with others, so they have a sense of community. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. He was just placed there on Monday, so it's only been a couple of days that he's been there. His room is very nice. He was able to bring some of his own belongings and furniture in to make it his home. I think the facilities are very nice. It was very welcoming, and the facilities were clean. We just feel very comfortable with him being there. He likes the food. They're hoping to loosen up things with COVID and everything, but they do have movie nights, card games, bingo, and family nights. We picked it because of the location. I only work maybe three minutes away, so it's convenient for family members to come and visit him.

I visited the memory care level of Brentwood at Niles and it was very good. The rooms were really clean, nice, and spacious. The residents were OK. They were just sitting around when I was there. The dining area was nice and clean. I also looked at their assisted living. The staff member who showed us around, I was very impressed with her, but she didn't call me back. I think they have one room that has a TV and an aquarium, and it was really good. In terms of the food, I think the residents can ask for what they want to eat.

My sister will be moving into the Brentwood at Niles. Everyone was very pleasant and very cordial. The facilities were nice and clean, and it looked like a friendly place to be. It's a small community, and everybody seemed to get along with everyone else. The rooms were nice and clean. They clean the apartments once a week, and they will replace the carpets befpre she moves in. We enjoyed the food, and it was a little more than what my sister could eat. Everyday they've got something going on, and once a week, they take them out for walking, they go on outings, and they have family gatherings. They have a salon, exercise area, library, and two outdoor patios. I would highly recommend it.

My Grandmother has been a resident at Brentwood for a year and a half. We both could not be happier. The Staff is wonderful. When I come to visit I'm always greated by name. I have never asked a question that didn't have an immediate answer. The Nusring staff is outstanding. They update me on a weekly basis. I like how everyone employed there knows my grandmothers name and makes a point to speek to her. Wonderful place if you are looking for assisted living. always clean, meals are fantastic, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are all well equipped.
