We liked Seaside Terrace because it's nice and close to home. It's clean and it's the best one that I have seen. The people were also nice, the location was good, and I felt safer for my dad to be there. The person who toured me was very helpful, too.

I am currently living at Seaside Terrace. The housing staff is OK, but the food and dining services are really lousy. The dining staff is not friendly. The cleanliness is average, not dirty, but not spotless. I would not recommend the place.

Mom was at Seaside Terrace Retirement and I was not happy about this place at all. They stole a lot of stuff from her and wouldn’t do anything about it.

I visited the one in California that he stayed in. It is called Seaside, and that is the one my dad lived in for a short time. He used to live in a rehab center, and they recommended him to move there. The bilingual staff is good. The rooms are good, and the dining is good. They took my dad for a walk, and they help him with personal hygiene.

I came across SeasideTerrace through a social worker. The staff was helpful. The food was good considering it’s an institutional place, I think they had a new chef, and there was something special that day. The rooms are a little bit to be desired; they weren’t well furnished at all. I think almost all of the rooms have an open patio. They can also sit outside within the facility. The dementia wing was locked; they have a code number to get in there. They have bingo, and on the weekend they had church services.

My brother-in-law is at Seaside Terrace Retirement Community. It's a nice facility. The people in charge run it very well and I think they keep it pretty clean. It's not brand new but it's not run down either, its well maintained. They offer a lot of things but I really don’t know because he doesn't participate in a lot of activities. The price is pretty reasonable.

It's very nice. When you walk into it, it had a very nice opening. It's up-to-date. This place looks like it had renovation. You walk into a tile floor, kind of hotel atmosphere. The rooms weren't really upgraded. The rooms have tiny bathrooms and they're not handicapped bathrooms. The real issue for people there they're in low income. I don't know how people get into the restaurant but the wheelchair. I didn't like the staff. Very unprofessional, they wear in flip-flops, in weird clothes, and they were not friendly. Really disturbing and kind of disappointing. And I just can't feel comfortable having my sister be placed like that. But there's an administrator that's running it. I was pretty shocked. I like the place, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

not the best place but affordable , and the care its in a range of 8.5 . the outside look old and the inside smell ok . i visited this place because i was looking for a place for my dad i was in the tour and they show me some nice looking rooms i wasn't expect to see rooms like that in this place as soon as you walk in the hallway i expect to see old rooms but they have some great rooms and cheap price . i checked in different places and same kind of rooms go for up to $5000 and in seaside less half of the price and same care as the other place i checked.my dad its moving next month into this place .......

I had a recent opportunity to visit a family member that has been admitted to Seaside Terrace. It was nice to see the staff up beat and positive. There is a focus on customer service. The present administrator is focused on developing programs in the building to meet the needs of the community. I have personally experienced a quick response to any needs or concerns that I have expressed. I love how everyone makes an effort to include the residents in all the activities. Of course, the favorite activity of the building right now is the Wii tournaments. It is great to see how everyone is having fun and has something to look forward to everyday

I wouldn't even put a dog in there. It's terrible! There was mold in the showers where they shower the residents. There was a hole in the ceiling where the rain was coming down. It was just terrible. The place smelled of mold and urine. It smelled and looked old. The manager was very rude. It seemed she was very busy and she just gave me to a helper. She didn't answer any of my questions. The helper was very friendly though. The residents looked sad to me and they complained about the food. The residents didn't looked happy at all. The living room looked of old furniture and dirty carpets. I would suggest cleaning, sanitation, renovation and a friendly manager.
