Fox Hollow Residential Care Community

One of the aspects I like most about Fox Hollow is all of the amenities, services, and options the residents are able to choose from. The activity schedule is always full of physically and mentally stimulating activities that are always changing so the residents are not stuck doing the same activities every week.

The facility itself is very nice, it is warm and inviting, and I could tell that they put a lot of work in to making the facility comfortable for the residents. The staff all seem to be very polite. During my visits I always watch them interact and care for the residents and every time I am impressed by the quality of care provided. The staff members are very patient and friendly with the residents, they are very good at encouraging the residents to maintain as much independence as possible without sounding pushy or coming across as being overly ambitious. I chat with the residents all of the time and the one thing that they all seem to have in common is that they all feel so safe. I have had many residents tell me about how safe they feel in the facility with the staff members and how thankful they are that the building itself is so secure. One lady told me that it means the world to her that she can lay down at night and have peace of mind knowing that there are people close by that care for and protect her, she said that she falls asleep so quickly and peacefully now. When residents tell me that they feel safe in a facility it is such a relief. I can not even describe how heart-wrenching it is to speak with a resident who does not feel safe in the facility they reside in, so to hear so many of Fox Hollow's residents repeatedly inform me about how safe they feel it means the world to me.
