Very nice facility, very nice managers, and employees. However, even though I was only there for about 2 hours, the residents had already found a reason to make me feel as if I was the "new kid". They should set rules on how residents act in the common areas. Other than that it was great!

I fully agree with the previous comment. They treat the residents with no respect or dignity. They tell you what you want to hear until you move in because they think once you are in you are stuck. In our case no we didn't want to move our mom again although we wanted her to be treated in the way we would treat her. This was not the place for us at all! They also treat there employees very poorly. We since have moved mom and are very happy where we are now.

this facility is not one that i would recommend to anyone not only because of the corners that are cut by the upper management but also because of how they treat people from the residents and there family to the employees .... on a personal level i would never ever put anyone i care about in this place ...
