Sunrise of Barrington, Illinois is a wonderful community. The campus has assisted living and an Alzheimer care unit. The building itself is beautiful. It looks like a very large home. The inside makes you feel at home as well. The common areas are wonderful. I also liked the common areas and the dining room. The dining room is set up like a formal dining room and is very nice. While the residents had rooms and not apartments, each room was well maintained and was personalized by the resident. There are wonderful paths to walk and a great pond. I also thought that the flowers and landscaping added charm. I would recommend Sunrise of Barrington for assisted living and memory care.
