I visited this facility
I went to The Hallmark Buckhead with very high expectations. I know this is probably not the best way to enter into going into a new facility for the first time. It tends to set you up for a disappointment. Contrarily, The Hallmark Buckhead exceeded my expectations greatly! I visited this facility to check in on an elderly lady I know and I was amazed at the luxurious settings the facility provides to its residents and visitors. The staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel like you truly belong there and they truly care about their residents. The entire building appeared to be clean and fresh. The food is excellent for residents and guests alike. I highly recommend The Hallmark Buckhead for anyone who is considering an assisted living facility. They have the best personalized assisted living program I have ever witnessed. They sit down with the residents and their appointed family and or friends to discuss in depth the desired living arrangements and course of treatment for anything that is wrong.
I visited this facility
This facility is slated to open in April and I am upset I am not old enough to move it. The staff is all in place and they were all working to iron out the kinks. I took a tour and it was beautiful. The lobby is like a 5 star resort. The apartments and rooms are amazing, simply well thought out for the comfort and safety of our elders. The menu is full of well planned items with many healthy options. The staff was having lunch and there was a full salad bar. The food I ate was amazing with all diets considered. If there is a special dish a senior wants they can ask staff and they will see that it is made. The grounds are lovely, many sitting areas and there is a pool and fitness area, special event rooms and there is even a Movie Theater. This is a 5 star resort living facility and your loved one will be happy here. This facility is named the Hallmark I see why!!!
