I visited this facility

We were very impressed with St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus. They offered everything that we were looking for in assisted living. It was very highly recommended by a few of our friends, and so we had a very good tour experience. We first looked at a studio apartment and we were very impressed with it because it was very large. We really liked it, but my mother wanted a one-bedroom. When we toured a one-bedroom unit, it seemed too small and was looking at the roof of an adjacent building. We were satisfied with the amenities they offered though. They had a very large activity room that had two pianos in it and it had the ability to show movies. Then they also had other entertainment.

We've taken a tour in St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus and they have been wonderful. It's very clean. They have a church and all sorts of activities that they offer. My mother is going to be in the memory care, so she will have somebody that's in attendance to her in the morning, noon, and at night to check in on her. I know several people that have their parents there, and they have nothing but good things to say about it. So, I'm very happy about it. The administrator and her assistant were both excellent and very helpful. They were serving lunch when we were there and it looked really good and it smelled really good. My mom will have her own little suite with her bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and sink with hot and cold water. They also provide a bed and a dresser, and we're bringing in things to make it feel more familiar for her. They said we could put pictures on the wall. So, they were very accommodating.

We have chosen St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus for my mom. The staff was very friendly and very caring. The facility is beautiful and they are Christian based, so my mom is very happy with it. It's well maintained, it's clean, and it's easy to maneuver once you know where you're going. As with any of them, they're big, but it is easy to figure it out. I looked at the menu, but I didn't try the food until my mom got lunch one day and shared it with me. The food is excellent. The food is really good.

St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus was very nice. The tour director was very nice. She knew every person's names. The place was big, but I didn't see a lot of engaging going on. It was Catholic and they had a beautiful church in the middle of it, which would be important to my mother. The staff who toured me around was knowledgeable. She listened, and because she heard our story, she had a very good heart. She was very lovely. The residents looked content and happy.

My father is in St. Anne's now. It's a faith-based community and they have a Catholic mass every day except Saturday. They have a priest and nuns that are right there on campus. They have a doctor and nurse practitioner. Everybody is very professional, but they are caring. They know the residents by name. The food is really good. They even will give food to the visitors without charging them extra. They have a lot of different activities as well as family special events. I like the place. I'm happy and I really like all of the professionals that I dealt with over there. The food is really good. He is sharing a room, which is pretty nice. It's a very nice building and they're in the process of remodeling.

St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus was a good place, but it was too big. When we first got there, they had no record of us coming for a tour, and I took off from work just for this tour. We talked to one of the social workers and she gave us the tour, but she was kind of rushed and stressed. The dining area looked very nice. The chapel was huge.

When we walked into St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, it just felt alive and personable. The staff was personable, and the residents seemed happy. There was a lot of hustle and bustle, and things going on. It just gave us a feeling of life. As far as appearance, it's probably not quite as sparkly pristine as some of the other ones we visited, but it felt right. We've been very pleased with the telephone communications we've had with them. The residents were doing some crafts when we were there. There was a room with live birds, a bird cage, and some fish tanks, and there was something going on in the chapel area. There were a lot of people in the halls. It wasn't like they were just sitting in their rooms. They were moving around, and that's what we were impressed with.

We have found St. Anne’s Salvatorian for my mother. She is in a small apartment, which is really nice and has a kitchenette, a bedroom, living room, and a private bathroom, which are in one room. The staff is wonderful. They have activities going on every day and take them to music, have games, arts and crafts, and (Catholic) church six days a week. We had one dinner with my mom, and it was good, and she says the food is fine. Compared to what I was looking at in other communities, it’s a big living space for one person. I was impressed with the way the rooms were set up and with the staff, their programs, and everything that they have there. It’s very clean.

St. Anne's Salvatorian is a full-service. They are at full capacity right now, so all we could do is wait for a room to open. They have a number of patients that are in hospice care. For what my ex-husband will be going through in the next couple of years, they provide all the care. Once he's admitted to assisted living, they have rehab, they have a nursing home, and they have hospice care. They had everything under one campus. Compared to some places, the rooms are all studios. To be coming from a larger home into a studio can be kind of an adjustment for older people. I wish the rooms were a little nicer, but for what he needs, they are perfect. It's got a nice-sized bathroom with walk-in showers, and they get the kitchenette with no stove, but they have a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. I think it's a nice facility. We had a meal, and it was very good. We were also told that because he's privately funded, if he reaches a point where he has no further funding, they will find funding for him through a different organization. So they do not kick somebody out if they don't have finances anymore. And that I thought was very nice.

We were very happy about St. Anne's affiliation with the Catholic Church, because we're Catholic. The people that we met and talked to were very nice. The facility was very clean, which was very important to us. They could take mom from the condition she's in right now all the way through death, which we were very happy about. She could have her own little apartment to start with, and if things got worse, then she could be more of an assisted living, and then basically a nursing home facility. The lady that spoke with us and the caregivers that we met were very nice. We had talked to three or four of the residents there. It's like a small apartment with its own individual bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has a refrigerator and a little kitchen area with a microwave, because all the meals are provided. It does give her an opportunity if she wants to have something to munch on that there are things there that she can do. It's a 3-story facility. There is a dining room and its own activity area on each floor. There is a nurse on each floor 24 hours a day, and there are two caregivers on each floor.

This place would be better for my uncle because there'll be more people around that he already knows and that he has history with. St. Anne's Salvatorian is a more pleasant facility and I think he will like it.

Friend or relative of resident

St. Anne's home is a surprisingly clean and pleasant facility. One of the nicest features that St. Anne's offers is the fact that it progresses from Assisted living with minimal intervention all the way to hospice care in the nursing home. Both of my grandparents reside at St Anne's home. I love that there is almost always something going on for the residents, weather it be plastic pin bowling, a lunch outing, or an ice cream social. The food is actually edible which I can personally attest for and the staff is nice and friendly for the most part. There are a variety of different layouts that residents can chose from in the assisted living units ranging from apartments designed for couples, to small yet comfortable efficiency style apartments. The only complaint I have is that I have noticed that the facility has been understaffed at times which poses a problem to those in the nursing home area. Overall, St. Anne's home has provided my grandparents with a positive experience and offered them the social activity, religious worship, and care that they need.
