My wife has moved into Regency Pullman. The staff-to-patient ratio is very good and the staff is very attentive to her. They've just been excellent. The room was fairly sterile moving in. It had a hospital room kind of appearance. It's a two-person room separated by built-in dressers, an entertainment center, and a partial wall. They share a bathroom, but it is quite spacious. It can accommodate a dresser, an occasional chair for her, and a nightstand with no problem. There's probably room for more if I want to put it in there. It is very sufficient size-wise and very clean. Because it is essentially a hospital environment, it was quite sterile going in, but it's warmed up now and they've allowed her to put pictures on the wall and other things to make it more personal to her. I'm very satisfied with the accommodation. They do three meals a day and then they have snacks throughout the day. My wife likes apple juice, so they went out of their way to make sure they had plenty of that on hand for her. The building is all excellent. I have not noticed any deficits at all. I have not observed any activities, but they told me they have bingo, art projects, and a variety of those kinds of things to keep them all active. My wife is still getting accustomed to it, but they have been spending a lot of time with her to try to reduce her anxiety and get her adjusted to the environment. It's tough to leave the home where you've spent decades and leave your pets behind and everything familiar to you. But they're doing a very, very good job of trying to get her acclimated. It's a lot of money, but in looking at the other places that I looked at, they're all pretty comparable. My parents both passed away in 2006, so costs had gone up considerably and in the memory care unit, it requires more intensive staff intervention and supervision, so I can't say that the price is unreasonable. It's a big hit though, I don't know if there's any alternative.

I’ve been here for 12 years and it is a wonderful place to live. I enjoy the company and care. I’ve got lots of friends. You can come and go as you please and I am thankful for all the staff that have been taking care of me for all these years and many more to come.

The rooms are larger than I thought by looking at online photos. The care staff and gentlemen who gave the tour was friendly and thoughtful. Surprisingly, the facility smelt good and was clean. They offer many different activity which is something I look forwards to having my mom attend when she starts needing assisted living.

Regency Pullman was a nice place. It was quiet, which was a good thing. The people were pleasant. The gentleman who assisted me with the tour seemed to be very caring and very professional. The building and the rooms were very well-maintained and clean. They had a person in charge of different events, and they had a calendar of events available for their residents.

I toured Regency Pullman. I thought Stephanie was a very engaging and caring person. She's the one that I spoke with at length about what my needs were. She's the one that took me on the tour, and I thought she did a really, really good job of making it so that it isn't quite such a heart wrenching decision. The facilities themselves are very clean and very organized. The staff seemed to be very engaging with the clients. The clients looked like they were well taken care of and happy, and they had lots of options for them. The food looked good. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff did a really fabulous job. They have a nice gazebo area and a little pathway out there with it. It looked to me like they had some old gardening options and stuff. The only thing I would say is that it is a little tricky to find the facility, but other than that, it was fine.

Regency Pullman offered the services that we would need and my mom knew a couple of people that already were there, so that was a benefit for us. I toured the memory care area, and they were very accommodating. They showed me everything that I would need to see, and they had everything that we were looking for. We only met one lady that gave us a tour, but she was awesome. They also have a courtyard and a hair salon, where somebody will cut hair. The place looked very clean too.
