Assisted Living Reviews for Garden Court Retirement Community

April 30, 2013

By Lorraine8

I visited this facility

We were not happy with Garden Court. The apartment looked nice, and everything was fine. However, they just can't explain their point system, which seems rather unusual to me. We're not happy with that. I prefer that they say this is how much for this level and how much for that level. Every time we ask nobody can explain, and I don't hear back from them anymore. It's one excuse after another. If it weren't for the point system, this place was something we were very highly considering.
