I am/was a resident of this facility

Affinity is a great community. I lived in Affinity at Olympia for, four years before moving to Covington Affinity.. I am so blessed to live here for my retirement. I have a great apartment, I have a washer and dryer in my apartment! All utilities are paid in the rent. The staff is great, the people who live here are good neighbors. Our amenities are limited because of Covid-19, but when they are open, there is much to do. Swimming, playing cards, other games. Resident and Affinity sponsored evens, like happy hours. I believe my apartment is large as a one bedroom. It's not just and apartment, it's my home.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father is in Affinity at Covington. I like the size of the apartment and the amenities that they have. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's close to shopping and all the necessities that he requires. It's clean and well maintained. They don't provide food. It's fully independent. They have activities within the community. The residents develop their own activities, and the staff plans certain things for them like bingo, but nothing major.

We enjoy collaborating with residents on different activities, and change which activities we have based off what our current residents want (and can safely due during the pandemic).
