My dad moved into Overture Virginia Beach. It's fantastic, even with all the COVID stuff going on. They have virtual meetings and virtual socials. They have a lot of virtual events. The facility is very nice and I liked it.

I visited this facility
I'm thinking about moving to Overture Virginia Beach. I went for a walk-through, and I was very impressed with it and liked the atmosphere. The staff I worked with was very helpful, very good in explaining, and showing and describing what I was looking at, and what was available there, but I haven't checked back with them. It's expensive, but I just liked the upbeat atmosphere there, and a feeling of harmony when I went in to look at the place. I was really impressed with the one-bedroom, with a study. I was appreciative of the space and location of the area for visitors. It's very clean, the colors are so inviting, and even the furnishings was so inviting. The accommodations are so in line with what I would be comfortable with.

I visited this facility
I visited Overture Virginia Beach and got a nice and complete tour. The place was beautiful and modern. The staff was extremely helpful, but the community itself wasn't appropriate for my mom. She doesn't drive, and it was a long distance from where I live. It was the most up to date and had the most amenities of any I've looked at. They had a movie theater, a dining room for family get-togethers, and Friday night get-togethers. However, it's quite large, and they're not full yet, so there's not a lot of people around for company.

I didn't like Overture because it's too expensive, the pool was an outdoor pool, and it was too modern and too cold for me.
