I am unable to visit due to Covid but told the rooms are large. The Staff seem attentive and address our concerns. Some do not always return our calls and wait time for call light can be excessive but not there to verify this. They are helpful in addressing our concerns, the food is good, weekly covid testing of all with a report to us, good at advising us of any changes in her care and the therapists are good and keep us up to date. Management can be reached if necessary.

My mom is there for rehab and medical care due to her health condition. She doesn’t speak much English but the nursing staff as well as the ó.t and p.t try their best to understand her and be understood by her. Anytime she needs them they make sure to tend to her ASAP.
Thanks.

My experience at Falls Run far exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent from top to bottom. The food was tasty and the staff serving did an excellent job. PT was outstanding and made painful progress bearable. The nursing staff was responsive to my needs and always positive. The facility is so clean and the rooms are bright and cheery. I would highly recommend this facility and would come back again, if needed. Thank you the entire staff,

My husband was sent to Falls Run after a stay at Mary Washington Hospital. The facility was very clean and the patient rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was EXCELLENT. The nurses were always available and the physical therapy group was outstanding. I give this facility FIVE STARS.
After 2 1/2 weeks my husband came home and is progressing. Falls Run is a beautiful facility.

My mother was here twice. The first time her oxygen was accidentally turned off 2-3 times in the middle of the night. She had to be taken to the ER with an infection which had not been treated properly. She returned to Falls Run and, again, the medical treatment was sadly lacking. Finally, she insisted on calling 911as a way to get out of there before the disorganized, incompetent care killed her. For someone who only needs physical therapy, this is a good place. Just don’t count on having qualified, trained medical staff or a treatment plan if there is a medical condition that needs to be treated.

First time visit. Not going good. Resident doctor is a joke. Intake assessment was two minutes. Hi, By, Pay me. Can't believe a thing the head nurse says. Say they're going to do something but don't. Have not done any rehab exercise in 3 days.

I was so surprised to see the size of the room and help clean this community is there is no equipment in the hallways, nurses all said hello as I walk through the building. Even the administrator was out walking around which is a very very rare for most facilities. Just going by the intitial first glance I can see it's progressive.

I’ve seen Falls Run Nursing & Rehab Center. I was very pleased and still hopeful there may be an opening for my husband there. The room he had for his rehab was awesome. It was a very large, single room. I’m sure there was room for two beds. I went and had dinner with my husband most nights, and I think the food was average to slightly above average. Sometimes the entrees weren’t exactly appealing to my husband, but he would always be able to ask and get a grilled sandwich as substitute. There were always church groups on Sundays and, a lot of times, singing. They had bingo one night a week and one afternoon during the week, and so that’s good. I know they do trips for patients capable of going. They have a little bus that will take them to Walmart or someplace like that; I remember seeing that on the calendar. Falls Run was a very neat, well-kept, and modern building. It’s quite up-to-date. The rehab team seemed to be pretty efficient. Most of the nurses were very caring. He didn’t always get prompt attention but more times than not he did.

My mother stayed at Falls Run for rehab. We got to know the facility pretty well. Their ratio of patients to staff was just too much, like waiting for medicine took a long time. When my mom first went in there, she kept having accidents for no reason because they kept her waiting. Nobody was in danger. Everybody was safe. It was just the little things. I think the staff could use some additional training in some areas as well as the ratio being lower. The doctor was giving something that's not needed, like insulin every day. True, some days her sugar was way up, but the reason she's diabetic was the food. The food was making and driving her diabetes. It wasn't nutritious, healthy, or good.

The staffs at Falls Run are probably like any other, but for the most part, they were fairly good. Some of them I thought weren't as caring as the some of the others, but for the most part I think they were. As for sanitation, they did a good job with it. They kept the place clean. I would recommend it, but the only thing is as far as their food, I thought that was lacking. My wife gained a lot of weight there. There was just a lot of food that she wasn't used to eating because we try to eat healthy. It was just a lot of starchy and canned food. It was just high on carbohydrates and kind of greasy. We didn't care too much for it. My wife at the time was not eating meat at all, and she only eats fish, but they would bring her meat almost every time. I would have to keep telling them to take it back because she doesn't want it and won't eat it. They just never got it right. I don't want to throw them under the bus though. They did do a good job with her in taking care of her personally like bathing her and things like that.

Had a family member at this facility and I feel they didn't receive adequate care and I ended up taking them out of the facility. The building looks nice but the care wasn't up to par.

I frequent this facility picking up specimen for medical purposes. They are very clean, smells pleasant and to the public they are very nice and accommodating. I will say behind the scenes the nurses can be a little rude at times. I have heard them shout at the elderly for trying to get out of their wheel chairs when trying to seat on a couch. Often when I go in I hear small voices coming from rooms with alarms going off asking for help, once I notify someone I get a response of "yes, we know." Some of the patients seem upset as they can sometimes be ignored, but overall they are receiving very good care compared to other facilities in the area.
