Thank you for taking the time to review Hermitage Northern Virginia. Our team members support resident independence, safety and social engagement. We are a medium sized faith-based, non-profit continuing care retirement community with a rental business model. We have no buy-in requirements, and residents do not have to sign away any of their personal assets. Benevolent assistance, through our Samaritan Program can provide financial assistance to residents who outlive their resources, and through no fault of their own, become unable to pay some or all of their monthly charges. Benevolent assistance is part of our charitable mission and we are committed to focusing on individual needs and enriching life's journey. There are 5 different two-bedroom model options but not always available when there is an inquiry. There are up to 15 daily activities available to our residents. Our community is a warm friendly place. Please consider a visit!

Thank you for the warm review. There are many activities, lectures, musical and theatrical performances on site. There is a gym but no pool. We provide transportation and membership to a nearby recreation center twice a week for interested residents who like to swim and take water aerobics.

Thank you for the kind review Karen. Our renovation is now complete and our building is simply a beautiful and inviting space our residents enjoy. There are many options at Hermitage Northern Virginia to enjoy the outdoors. Because we are located in a residential neighborhood and on 7 acres of land, our residents walk on and off the property to enjoy the outdoors. We have many park benches in the front and back of our community, a picturesque Gazebo with seating, and a Breezeway with seating for residents who just enjoy taking in the view. On rainy days residents enjoy the 2 Solariums that are on each floor, that are all windows that give great light and a panorama of the grounds. Please consider our community for both the care we can provide as well as sharing life in a light-filled building with engaged and happy residents.
