I toured Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek. They gave me a tour of the rooms, but they were remodeling them. Everything was taken down because they were preparing to prep it. I liked it because it had a hair salon, a business center with a computer, and an outdoor patio with gardens. They had a really good chef there. He came out, and he shook my hand. They had a whole calendar of activities. There was everything from bingo to stretching and exercises. They had Mardi Gras there in February, so they did all kinds of activities for the seniors. They had like 4 to 5 activities a day that they could participate in. The independent living quarters are on the second floor, and the assisted living is on the first floor. The person who gave me the tour was very nice. The rooms were in the back. I got a copy of the layout of the rooms, but they were remodeling. The room that they showed me was a 2-bedroom and was very roomy. It had a kitchenette. The staff who toured me was very personable. They had a very large courtyard, too.

Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was nice. I was greeted by Austin and one of the managers introduced herself to me. They were both attentive. We sat down and they talked to us before the tour. The rooms were kind of smaller than what we anticipated, but they were nice. The dining area was also very nice and clean. They have music, games, puzzles, a nice library, and a scenic tour in the shuttle once a week where you can volunteer if you want to go or not. They hold barbecues for the residents, too, and celebrate people's birthdays. So that's nice. The theme was just kind of dark there.

Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was very nice and the people were nice. We toured their independent living in April. I liked it and I thought they had a good program. I think it would be very beneficial for a senior. I have nothing to compare it to, but I think it was very nice with all their different activities. The food seemed like it was of good quality. Our tour guide was very nice and answered all our questions. The apartment itself was very cute, and the dining area was very clean and nicely decorated. They showed me a list of all the amenities but no activity was going on at the time that we were there.

The number two that we have been to and we're really impressed with is Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek. They were very friendly, and the staff seemed to be very competent when we did our tour. The staff who showed us around was really good. The cleanliness was very impressive. They have patios and courtyards. They have a really nice patio and things like that. They just had a refrigerator in the rooms. They have a good activity schedule.

I had an in-person tour of Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek. I like the fact they had music, a piano, and a guitar, both of which my father plays. They had a library. I liked the way it was arranged. We went and viewed the rooms, and I liked the size of the rooms. That was independent living also. And I liked the price; it was cheaper. Pacifica was nice, and I liked the fact that it had a bus stop, right outside the door, right there on the street because my father is very mobile. All my life, he's always ridden a bus. There was one area that we went to that they were cleaning and kind of had a smell to that wing. But then I don't know if that wing was independent living or memory care or what that wing was. They had a room where they had animals, and they came once a week. They brought these dogs in so you could come in and pet the dogs. It's therapeutic too, and I kind of like that.

My mom is at Pacifica in Millcreek, UT. She really enjoys living there. She has a one bedroom apartment that is quite spacious. Her interactions with the staff has been very positive. They all seem very caring and take the time to say hello and let her know they are there if she needs anything. Although she doesn't partake in many activities (her choice), they have many activities available - games, entertainment, road trips, music, etc. A person can be as busy as they like there. She has commented time and again that she is very glad she moved to Pacifica.

My mother moved into Pacifica the day before everything started to shut down because of Covid. She had never lived by herself and always spent a lot of time with family. Pacifica made her feel really welcomed and help with the adjustment from always being around family to being by herself. She enjoys the activities they provide especially the bus rides, games and music performers. She is really happy living at Pacifica and is always telling people she sees what a great place it is to live at and how great the staff is.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek Independent Living. It felt more like an old folk home to me and it was older, and not as updated as some of the other places I've seen. The grounds were not kept up. It was kind of brown grass and the patio area was quite small, the part that the residents could access, so I felt like that was not a lot of ground for my mom because she enjoys flowers and plants and all that stuff. So it wouldn't have been enough for her. The dining area was nice. I saw residents participating and going to the beauty salon and activities, but it seemed more of a lower-budget situation for me. The staff was great. I think they're doing their job for what they have, it's just not what works for my mom. Their exterior just probably needs some help, and they probably could update their hallways with some lighter colors and maybe some laminate floors or something rather than carpeting.

The people of Pacifica Senior Living MillCreek were very friendly. They even had a welcome sign for us, which I thought was nice. The rooms were nice-sized and reminded me more of a hotel living rather than apartment living in some ways. They had a library too. The residents didn't seem as happy though. I think they were more subdued, and it was probably because of following COVID restrictions. There wasn't any mingling going on, but they gave us snacks and things to leave with.

Both of my In-Laws were at Pacifica so when it came time for Mom to move to a place I felt at peace with her saftey, together we chose Pacifica. Mom's one bedroom apartment offers her a sense of home, decorated with her own familiar furniture and accessories. She loves getting her nails done every Tuesday afternoon and her hair done once a week in the salon. She has many activiities to choose from and new friends to interact with. Weekly I pick Mom and bring her to my home for a day out with my family and I return her in the evening which is something we've done for years and nothings changed but her address!

My mother and I visited Pacifica Millcreek this week. April gave us a delightful tour and the lunch was delicious. Nice to have a chef cooking for you. The facilities were nice and clean and April took the time to show us the model unit and an available unit. Staff was very friendly and we even dropped into a bingo game. We will be visiting other facilities in the next week or two. The bar has been set high.

The downside of Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was that it was in a busy area and far from where I live. However, the place was cozy and nicely decorated. It didn't seem as large or open as other places. I liked the fact that it was smaller and had a more homey feeling. If my mother were going to some place, she would go there because they have on staff a CNA whereas the other place didn't. The girl who gave the tour was a 5. The staff members were incredibly friendly. Everyone said hello.

I have been living at Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek since last March. It's nice and comfortable. They have good staff and they help when you need it. There are 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms available. It's a pleasant atmosphere. They have Bingo every Thursday, manicures, and even pet therapy. If you have a doctor's appointment, they'll take you there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The food is excellent and really good. You get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you don't like what's on the menu, they have another menu you can look at.

We were really impressed with Pacifica Senior Living, which is why we chose it. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating to my mother’s needs. One thing that impressed us was that it was a larger apartment for a better price, which is why she is in a two-room unit. The food is very good; I have eaten there a couple of times. We are very pleased with it.
