I toured New Haven Assisted Living & Memory Care. It seems to be a very beautiful location. The staff seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful when interacting with the residents there. They have a patio. I believe there are places for hair as well. It seemed very clean.

The people of New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care of Spring are very caring. My husband has been doing well, and I'm very pleased with them. He was in the assisted side, and we have all decided that he needed to go to the memory care side for his own safety and the safety of all the residents. They were very amenable to move him, and he has been doing fine over there. The staff is quite up front with information and calling me when they need something or do something, so the communication is very good. The meals are included, as well as laundry and activities. The building is very pretty, clean, and very nice. I have seen the food and it looked fine, too. He hasn't been there long enough to give them a rating of five, but if he's going to be there longer, I will certainly put it up to a five.

My mom has been lived here for several years. Although we haven’t been allowed in the facility for 10 months because of the virus it has been an excellent place for my mom. They go above and beyond on kindness and care of the residents. I have been very happy with the help they have given me in helping my mom.

Assisted Living
When staying at home is no longer an option assisted living is a great transition for someone who needs a little help in their daily activities of living. We know that it can be difficult to accomplish routine activities; therefore, we offer caring assistance twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, in a beautiful home environment. We know that loneliness and boredom can plague seniors; therefore, we promote a stimulating and social atmosphere. We know that support of our residents' independence and individuality is vital to their desire to thrive; therefore, we exist to accommodate their special needs.
Memory Care
We provide Alzheimer's, dementia and memory care in a separate secured assisted living building. Each of our residents have their own private room and bathroom. Our residents are able to enjoy planned activities provided by our staff that have been trained specifically on caring for those with memory impairment.
We believe that our residents, who experience progressive illness with cognitive impairment and challenges, still have the right to experience life with opportunities for growth and fulfillment.
