I visited this facility
I visited Overture Stone Oak 55+ Apartment Homes. The community was very well kept. Their staff was also very welcoming. It's a little less grand than another place, but it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities going on. They had some very nice rooms, very easily accessible, very spacious, and very simple. The facility was beautiful.

We will be moving into Overture Stone Oak, and the place is very friendly. The management is very receptive, and they have a lot of activities for the people that live there. It just seems like the place where we want to be. The rooms are very new, it is very well kept. They are modern, up to date, pretty spacious, and clean, it's very pretty. The one who toured us was wonderful. They provide breakfast but do not provide lunch or dinner. We would do the cooking, so there's a full kitchen, but it has everything you would want. It has a dishwasher, a large two-door side-by-side refrigerator, and it's beautiful. It has a microwave, and lots of places to put everything, it has lots of storage. We've got a very large walk-in closet, it was very well designed, and very well thought out. The place is very beautiful, almost like you are in a hotel, a five-star hotel.

I visited this facility
Overture Stone Oak Apartment Homes was a place for 55 year olds and over. It was topnotch all the way through and the people are very nice. They had a nice pool, a great outside area, different things that came in to put on demonstrations, and they had a workout room and pool tables as well.

I visited this facility
Overture Stone Oak was very nice. The apartments were acceptable, but I didn't like the location. It had lots of open spaces. They had a space for community activities, a lovely swimming pool, outside areas, and a community garden where you can plant if you want to. The staff who showed us around was very good and very knowledgeable about the business. It's a beautiful, brand-new facility, and the apartments were well proportioned and the appliances in the kitchen were beautiful.
