The activity programs are designed for the needs of the residents, the food is good and nutritional, the therapy services are amazing!!

My husband was a former resident of Palomino Place. They take care of the people there. It's a nice place and the rooms look very good, but he only stayed two weeks there. The staff is good. They give you good service. The food was good. I was there when they brought food. The facility looks pretty good, very nice. This is a big place. The size of the room is like a regular bedroom. It just has a bed, TV, and his own bathroom.

Do not EVER take anyone you love here. They do not take care of their residents. Do not bathe them or feed them on time(sometimes not all all). They dont dispense medications correctly. They dont take care of wounds. They are always understaffed and the employee turn over is horrible. There is never anyone in charge at night. Just dont go here unless you want them to die.
