Operated in Collin County since 1998, our state licensed homes are unique in their approach to providing assisted living services. We take a simple approach to offering assistance with daily activities by keeping our homes small and personal.

Our smaller community setting works well for residents who do not want to live in a larger community but still require a level of assistance and care that would be provided by an Assisted Living or Nursing Home facility. Unlike most Assisted Living facilities, we only care for 6 residents in each home, thus having a staff ratio of 1 to 6 at night and 2 to 6 during the day.

Our staff at the Mulberry House assisted living community is on-site and available around the clock.
