My parents moved into The Abbey at Westminster Plaza. The overall experience is excellent. My parents adjusted very well to the situation. I found the staff to be very caring, attentive, and passionate. My parents have a nice size room and appropriate. We furnished it. I found everything to be very clean and well taken care of. I don't have any complaints about anything. The food seems to be very good, and no complaints there. I don't remember all the activities, but they keep them pretty busy every day.

They provide excellent service. The staff is caring, friendly and efficient. They provide an opportunity to participate in a number of activities daily. Excellent food service and food choices. Great place to live.

The Abbey at Westminster is lovely. My husband is in the assisted living. He has his own caregivers that were not part of the facility. They have lots of activities, but he doesn't participate. The food is good.

The assisted living of The Abbey was depressing, and the room was smaller than a cruise ship cabin. I didn't like their refrigerator, and I didn't like their kitchenette; it looked like it was a second thought. They do offer a rehab wing. Their meals were outstanding, and the staff was outstanding. However, it's an awful long walk to the dining room. It was multi-story, and the only way down was an elevator. I would have to get a room on the first floor.

The Abbey at Westminster Plaza is relatively new. It had a unit that I liked very much, and the people who I met were very informative and professional.

We liked The Abbey at Westminster Plaza. It's beautiful, well-kept, and well-done. The staff was kind and friendly, and they took the time to show us around. The rooms are OK and not bad; it was acceptable. They offered shuttlem and they would take you shopping and doctor's appointments. The dining room was nice.

The Abbey was pricey and smelled good. They were taking care of the patients and the property. Everybody seemed well maintained, bathed, and had clean clothes on. They would try to engage them in activities on a daily basis with bingo, dominos, and simple coloring. Jessica showed us around and was very knowledgeable and tried to answer questions about insurance. My father is adjusting to the new surroundings and new people. The dining area is fine. These people pretty much need to be fed, and the portions to me are small, but it’s fine. My dad is not a big eater, and we just supplemented his meals with Ensure and that really helped him. They make sure they get little snacks, too.

The Abbey at Westminster Plaza was nice and high end. When you walked down the hall, it was like you were at the Four Seasons. It was fancy. They were across from a hospital and had lots of different kinds of ways to keep their residents busy. When we were there, I was told that they were watching a movie somewhere.

The Abbey at Westminister Plaza was very nice. It was very nice. It was like the Taj Mahal of assisted living place. It was very fancy. The staff was very nice. She gave me a big tour. I really like it probably the best. It was more expensive. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that it was really large. For some people, that’s probably really good, but for my parents, it was probably not because it was so large.

We found The Abbey at Westminster Plaza senior living for my father. Right now, my father’s needs are all being fulfilled by this facility. We are very satisfied with them. The food and the companionship my father has with other seniors stand out to me.

We choose The Abbey at Westminster Plaza for my parents. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are first class, brand new, and have the latest technology. They have the best food I sampled from all the places I checked. They have a phenomenal theater room, an in-door pool, a beautiful workout facility, a trainer, a nice patio, and an ice cream parlor.

The Abbey is fine but they didn't really have a two-bedroom unit available. They just had a bedroom, a living room, and then an open space for a day bed. It wasn't exactly what I needed, but it was real nice. I saw an exercise class and I saw a bridge game going on.

My Dad lived at The Abby for almost two years. For those who have loved ones in a facility, we know how difficult it can be at times for the staff and caretakers at these facilities, and yet we still would like to think that our loved ones get the love and care that they need and deserve. We feel so blessed to have had our Dad at The Abby. From the Administration, to the front desk personnel, to the dining personnel, to the health and nursing personnel, to the maintenance personnel, to the cleaning personnel.............everyone seemed to always have a happy, caring, loving attitude. What a wonderful feeling to know that our Dad lived out his life there in the care of these amazing people.

I am currently living in The Abbey. I like the facility a lot more compared to others. I like the people around. The staff are helpful and friendly. The people in the community are educated and fun. I like how the apartments were setup. I got an apartment with one bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave. I have a refrigerator inside, too. The food is 99 times fantastic out of 100.
