I live in HomeTowne Missouri City with my sister. I like my apartment. I like the fact that it has a health facility where we could go and work out. They have trash pickup. I think it's a great community. The grounds are always immaculate. I only went to two activities, but I'm a very active senior citizen, and I don't get involved with those kinds of things. However, they have programs, they have people coming in, they have health care, and they have all kinds of things for the residents.

I’ve been a resident of this facility since 2011. Under the current management , very professional, I’ve seen tremendous improvements! We’ve gone from good, to very bad, back to good again. Many social activities, monthly parties, bus trips. Maintenance staff excellent! Love this community!:)

EXCELLENT New Management Team Loving Caring Christians who have focus on comfort and daily care for seniors and their activities whether they have ability to come oon their own or not. Its a family oriented community where all the residents care for the needs of one another. I love it here!!

Move there April 2017 move out December 2017 .lived p.o n 2nd floor resident had daughter. Grand children and boyfriend very noisy when I complained nothing was done Faxed corporate nothing done. Now fighting for deposit Not a good place to live.if possible 3rd floor only hope .if elevators don't break

God Loves

The staff here are very rude and disrespectful to tenants. They charge the senior tenants for everything that should be included with rent. Never taking into consideration that they're on fixed income. They go as far as charging for plumbing, changing a light bulb and so on. The ladies in the office should hope no one ever treats their parents the way they do the tenants. I've asked the tenants to get together and pursue help against this office but their afraid of reteleation. Karma is inevitable ladies of HOMETOWNE STAFF. DON'T BE FOOL BY THE INTRODUCTION IT CHANGES AFTER THE LEASE IS SIGNED.

I’m currently living at Home Towne Missouri City, it’s a nice place, and very accommodating. I have a 1-bedroom like I wanted; it has everything and anything, and it suites me fine. You can exercise, see a movie, there's a big pool area, and you have walking accommodations. It’s a good package.
