I am/was a resident of this facility

I have only been living at the facility for three months and I am very pleased. The staff is very nice. The new manager has been very helpful and all the things that I’ve needed. I do see that there are activities being created. Very nice activities. I’m very comfortable in my space. The unit that I live in is very clean. The people around me are very pleasant, and it’s a very nice comfortable warm place to stay

I visited this facility

Corinthian Village was very nice, quiet, and inviting for seniors. They do senior activities together. Their accommodations appeared to be nice. Due to COVID, the activities had been on pause, but they have a nice hall where they can come together, sit, and chat, and have dinner there if they want to on their own. The staff was very professional. I have no issues at all.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The managers of this property are rude. They are inflexible about everything. I visit my relatives here and always have an issue. Right now the gate is broken. I live in Pearland and a 1 bedroom near the Pearland Town Center is cheaper than Corinthian Village that has nothing nearby. My apartment has valet trash, a pool, a gym, a party room with free coffee/tea and tons of nearby restaurants and shops. Why in the world should Corinthian Village get away with charging seniors so much and giving them so little?

I am/was a resident of this facility

When the place was built I tried to move here and at was always at full occupancy. The management seemed nice and efficient. According to some of my friends who lived here the rules were actually followed and they felt safe. However, now that I am living here 10 years later, this place is horrible. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything (walking across the floor, flushing the toilet, closing the microwave door) everything. It is not safe. The supposedly security brings their unsavory friends here all the time. They spend their time smoking in the parking lot with their visiting friends and talking on their phones. The hall ways are very dangerous because they are made of concrete and collects water from dew, rain, and sweat, whatever. I am always afraid I'm going to slip and break my neck. The place is very dark and dim. There are no activities. You are not allowed to use the community rooms for outside events. The assistant manager is very nice. However, the manager is very rude and disrespectful. She talks to the tenants as if they have tails and she always has the meanest look on her face. I have lived here two years and I have never seen her smile. This is supposed to be a place for 55 and older. However, you see teenagers, young adults, all kinds of people here on a regular basis. They actually use their key to get into the apartments. So what happened to the 55 and older? Management always has an excuse for why they are here. But if you ask too many questions, which happens to be one or two questions only. Then the manager avoids you are she is always too busy to talk. The computer room is nice and comfortable. The community rooms are just empty space. You can never use them. I wish we had activities, workshops, gatherings, something. I plan to get a part time job so that I can afford to move.

This is a very depressing place to live. I've been here 4 years and I can tell you it stinks. The hall ways are dark and look Ike crap. Nasty looking halls and there are absolutely no activities. No where to go, no bus service no anything. Like being stuck out in a field. Outlying section eight people and if you pay out of pocket it's way too expensive. The exercise room if you can call it that are empty.. even the snack machine stays broken and it's two bucks for a soda if there are any. Remember there's absolutely nothing here to do. You can't even BBQ . Think twice and also if your on the bottom floor it floods all the time. I would move but can't afford to move. Don't live in this dump!

I live in Corinthian Village and the place is OK, but there aren't any activities. The apartment is decent, but there is nothing to do here. It is mundane living. They do bingo once a week and put stuff up on the bulletin board like bus tours but that is it. The hallways are really dim, and it is sort of a depressing place. I have been here for five years. There's no restaurant or food or exercise. There's a TV room and that is it.

I am a current client of this provider

I love living here at Corinthian Village. I have a two-bedroom apartment. They have an activity room but I don't go to the activity too much because basically I work. They have a lot of activities like they have games and they go on trips.
