Pinedale Residential Center is a jewel! My parents moved in years ago and we have never regretted it. The residents are the main concern and the staff makes sure that they feel comfortable and cared for. The Activity Director is top notch! She always plans activities and outings that the residents enjoy. On the Fourth of July, the staff grilled hamburgers for everyone. Philip, the owner/director is just a phone call away! We are all like family now. I highly recommend Pinedale as a new home for anyone that needs a little bit of care in the later years of life. We thank God for Pinedale and the staff.

We chose Pinedale Residential Center for my mom. She has a lot of friends there. It was clean. It didn't have a smell. People were walking around, and they were playing games. It seemed like a good place. The owner toured me around. He knew everything about the place. He's caring. They don't have a lot of amenities, but they take them places. You can tell that they have done some painting and stuff just recently.

My mother was in Pinedale Residential Center for just a few months. If it hadn't been for the quarantine and isolation, I think she would've done just fine. However, she didn't understand the need to be kept in her room and the restrictions that were placed on the residents there, so that was very negative. It had nothing to do with the facility, it was just the restrictions. The staff was excellent. According to my mother, she did not enjoy the meals there. Because of the virus, they could not be in large groups. They had some activities available, but they just weren't what they normally would be because of the restrictions.
