About Atria McCandless (Opening This Winter)
Opening This Winter
Atria is pleased to announce a brand-new senior living community for older adults in Allegheny County: Atria McCandless.
Now pre-leasing and scheduled to open this fall, this independent and supportive living community will be thoughtfully designed to help older adults enjoy greater well-being. Whether residents choose a spacious studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment, they will have access to a variety of convenient amenities, such as a fitness center, indoor heated pool, full-service salon and spa, and welcoming outdoor spaces including a courtyard, covered patio and walking paths. A friendly, caring staff will be available 24/7 to provide discreet support when needed.
Each day will bring multiple opportunities for fitness, fun, creativity and connection. With a calendar full of events, residents can continue doing the things they love and discover new interests. From guest lectures and yoga to art classes and happy hours, residents can be as active and involved as they like.
For older adults facing Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia, Atria McCandless will offer Life Guidance® – Atria’s forward-thinking approach to memory care. The unique programming focuses on physical activity, social engagement and individualized care from specially trained staff in a secure, thoughtfully designed space.
