The tour I had at Juniper Village at Lebanon was fine. The apartment was very nice and very spacious. They could do everything I really wanted. It was just kind of far away from everything in the sense of going to stores or the distance. The lady said they were only about ten minutes or so away from those, but I didn't get to really go through and see how far it was away. I know it was. From where I'm living in Akron to there, it probably took me about a half an hour to get there. I didn't think it was going to be that far, but it actually was. If I was talking in common terms, it seemed like it was extremely back in the woods. In general though it's very nice. It seemed like it could meet all my needs. I have a puppy, and they said I'd be able to have her there, and that was great. The price seemed very fair and reasonable. It's going to be caring for all of my bills. The electricity and everything would be paid for, which was nice. So in general, I still like it. I was thinking of that being the place, because even though it was a little distant, it seemed like an adequate place for me at that point because I didn't want to go too far away from the Akron area. I had friends there that I liked to be able to see. I didn't want to travel into York or anywhere too far. If I need a bus for transportation, they offer it. It's a little extra money, but it is fine. The food was extra. The other facility I went to had a better menu and you could order a lot more food, whereas Juniper Village at Lebanon really didn't have it as much, because they said most of the people there actually don't come and eat. Most of them eat in their own places. It's only once in a while that they might come up and have something to eat there. They give you a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The lady said that if I needed anything changed, like a bulb or something, I would have to pay for that, but in general, if there was a problem with the stove or the refrigerator, that's their responsibility, and the heating and anything that's included in it. Now, if I wanted something put up, like a picture or hooks and things in the closet, she says that was extra for their maintenance. When it snows, they will clean your car off and move it and put it back in its place, and that's not extra or anything. They take care of the grounds. If we want to plant any plant, we can. They have no problem with that. The trash can is kept on the bottom ground. As long as you put your trash in the trash can, they take it and put it out back. They empty it. The lady was very pleasant and wanted to help in every way possible, and was very compassionate. The facility looks very well-kept.

The tour I had at Juniper Village at Lebanon was very good. The people were very nice. The place was very clean and nice, but it was just a little bit too much for me to handle. I only saw 2 members of the staff. One was the boss woman and she was very nice. The other one was helping with the care of people. The room that I saw was very nice. It was pretty much new. They had just cleaned it up and painted it.

I liked Juniper Village at Lebanon. I had a nice tour. I enjoyed it and they were very cooperative. They gave me a meal there which was very nice and very good. I only needed a one-bedroom, but there wasn't any available yet to look at. They would tell me if there would be. I looked at a two-bedroom and the apartment was very nice. It has everything you need. The staff went around with the tour and told me everything that would be included and everything else. They have a gym, a beauty salon, and outside activities. They were very pleasant and very cooperative (they said whenever they would have an outing, they would let me know).

We chose Juniper Village at Lebanon for my grandparents because the staff is amazing. I can't say anything bad about it. The staff is wonderful, and the food is excellent. I've eaten with them twice. That was a big concern for us, because in the other facility they were not being fed properly. We see the staff making special arrangements because my grandparents are on a special diet and a diabetic diet, and they make accommodations for them. I like that they are truly caring and genuine, and there are plenty of activities. They have a gym, a salon, and they have in-house maintenance.

I toured Juniper Village at Lebanon, which is a very nice facility. I would give it an A-plus rating. The apartment that I viewed was A-plus. I like their facility. It was smaller and more personal, and the patients seemed very happy there. The staff was fabulous. She was very helpful. She informed me on everything. She showed me the apartment, described it to me, and told me about the other facilities. They showed me their recreation area. It's more personal than the other I've visited so far. It's more family oriented.

My wife's aunt is at Juniper Village at Lebanon. The staff members seem to be pretty pleasant and helpful. They do seem to have a fair amount of turnover. It's a nice facility. Everything is on one level. The rooms down to the dining room are all easy to get to. Her comment about the food is that it's kind of bland. It's institutional food. They have games and bingo. They have activities in the community room that people can choose to attend. They have Bible study. The grounds are pretty well maintained. It's a bigger campus. The facility always seems to be clean. I don't ever smell bad smells when I walk in. My wife's aunt is well tended for.
