I visited this facility
Autumn Leaves of Edmond is a lovely community. It is relatively new. What I did not like about them was that I felt the residents were able to wander a little bit. The staff seemed very friendly and very nice. The residents seemed as happy as one could be. The rooms were nice. The one I looked at was a private room, which was very nice.

Autumn Leaves of Edmond's facilities were in excellent condition. It seemed like the residents were active and engaged. The staff seemed to be competent and caring. The person who accommodated me was excellent. She was very informative and very knowledgeable. They did show me a dining area for families. They have a room where the families can have meals with their relatives. It's an isolated room where they can have some family time together without the other residents. I thought that was a very good idea. It was actually one of the few places that provided that opportunity.

My dad and mom both lived at Autumn Leaves until till the end of life. What a wonderful place!! You could tell that the staff there really cares. Thank you for all you did for my parents.

Clean. Pretty garden areas but they aren't allowed to go outside to enjoy them. All they can do is look out the window.

Autumn Leaves of Edmond was OK. There’s not a whole lot going on because there are not a whole lot of people that want to do anything. They were sitting around the TV, but it wasn’t bad, just different. They had a nurse on hand who sat and talked with me for a while about Alzheimer's and what to expect in the different stages and ways to see if my mom might need to be evaluated for it, so I felt that it was a good experience. The staff was very knowledgeable. They knew all the people who were there. It’s not so big that you get lost in it, and the community was really clean. I thought if my mom had developed Alzheimer's where she needed to be in a memory care facility, I wouldn’t dismiss it. I think they’re doing a really good job over there.

Autumn Leaves was good and clean. They were having functions going on when we visited, and the person who gave me the tour was very good and knowledgeable. They have landscaping -- which is nice -- but pretty much concrete.

All employees are great.
I would rather they not rotate the aides, so they could learn "their" residents. Lots of changes never got implemented.

Dad stayed at Autumn Leaves Edmond for about six weeks. His stay was very good. It really met his needs having Alzheimer's, and they knew what they were doing. They provided the best level of care. The ratio of their staff to patient is 8:1 and was good. They were very attentive too. I was also very impressed with the caregivers.
