Well maintained and very comfortable. You get a good feel about the overall culture of the building. Everyone seemed relaxed yet very professional.

I visited this facility earlier this year to see what they had to offer - the building and rooms are all very nice. The workers were friendly and seemed to be very caring. I liked that they have therapy and personal care that can help as I age. What ever was cooking smelled delicious and the cookies I received after my tour were great. I like that wide ope space of the backyard, they said that a lot of wild life comes through the yard.

We visited the facility and found it to be a beautiful place for my mother in law. We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. When it is time for her move we will definitely consider moving her here.

My mother is moving into Pearl Crossing. We toured it before COVID started. The tour was excellent, somebody took us all around and showed us the rooms, we saw the activities going on, and it was very nice. The rooms were fine, it looked like a great facility, and the amenities seemed perfect for my mother. The surroundings were lovely, it had lots of trees, and it was well kept. The person who showed us around was wonderful, full of energy and had a lot of knowledge about the place.

The people at Pearl Crossing were very nice. I like that they have an area where you can get your own coffee, and they have an electric board that had the activities. It didn't suit my needs because my mother would need more eventually. You don't want to go somewhere where you have to move the resident again, but they were all friendly and willing to talk. The food was good.

Pearl Crossing was a very nice place but it was more care than I needed. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff members were very friendly and very accommodating. They answered all my questions. They even assigned me to a resident to get a feel of their community from someone who actually lived there. The location was really far out. They serve three meals a day, which was nice. Food was good.

My wife and I went to Pearl Crossing, but it's not really assisted living, and I don't think they can meet her needs. It's five minutes from my house. They showed us three different rooms: a studio, a 2-bedroom, and a bigger 1-bedroom. They were very nice and in good shape. The staff was good, answered all our questions, and showed us the rooms.

We went to Pearl Crossing for my sister-in-law. We were very impressed with it. It was very nice, but she is not ready to move yet. What I saw, I like everything. The lady that showed us around was very pleasant. It was a pleasant experience. I would move in tomorrow if I have the right age or I felt like I needed to. It was very nice. The room that we looked at had a balcony, and it was facing the backyard with a lot of green and walkway. It was a very pleasant experience. It is very well maintained.

Pearl Crossing was a very nice place, but it was more than an independent living than assisted. You can do assisted, but you have to bring in all the services if you wanted to. The person who assisted me was very helpful. The dining room looked very nice, and it was an impressive looking facility.

I actually looked at Pearl Crossings before and visited again. I really liked it the last time we were there, and I was kind of hoping we could afford to move in there, but we really could not. We ate there, and I thought the food was excellent. At that time, we looked at an efficiency apartment but did not want an efficiency room at that time. So, I was not happy with the apartment that we looked at. I did not get to look at a one-bedroom apartment at that time because they did not have any open. When they told us what it was going to cost, we told them we could not afford it. The staff was excellent. I really liked the lady that talked to us because not too many people would go out of their way to call another place and see if there was something open that someone could go into. I really appreciated her doing that for us. I actually liked the look of the place. It was classy.

Pearl Crossing was an adequate, nice community but much more expensive. The rooms were fine, and they had all kinds of amenities like transportation to see a doctor and shopping. They have bingo, Soul Seekers, and more.

My sister has been living and doing well at Pearl Crossing for three months. She does have dementia, but she's doing OK. We chose it because she has cats, and they take pets. Everything is fantastic there, and everybody is nice. I was surprised how well she adapted there. She goes down for dinner and meets some friends who are very supportive of her. They're very nice and they encourage her. It's a good place. They have entertainment that comes in sometimes, which she usually goes to. It's a very friendly place. They have good food that she loves most of the time. Her room is set up with her own furniture, and it's lovely.

Pearl Crossing is beautiful, very nice, very comfortable, a lot of flowers and green outside. Physically, it's very nice. I had a chance to talk to two people. They showed us the rooms, and they shared with us the rules. They were very nice, and they even invited us to lunch, which was fantastic. After lunch, we went around for the tour. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They had a lot of activities that people who were there can be busy all day. They paint, they do crafts, bingo, and movies, and they take people out for shopping, to the market, and to the malls. The location is great. It's not far from the Strongsville mall. They had transportation, and if they want to go to the doctor, they can help them with that too.

Pearl Crossing was a very nice facility, but I did not like the fact that the apartments range in different sizes and you are paying by the square footage. I thought it was very expensive for what it was. The staff was very nice.

Pearl Crossing was extremely clean, and all the staff was really friendly and helpful. They take care of everything. They have activities like bingo, check different places periodically, pool table, game rooms, card, a really nice library, and movies in the theater room. There is a lot of room to roam around, and the food is great. They have meatloaf which is actually good, but you have an option if you don’t want the meatloaf to have a salad -- usually two or three different options for your main course -- and they give you options for your sides and for desserts. If you don’t like your meal, there is no way you should leave without eating as they have plenty of options. You could walk for a long time just inside the facility without even leaving it, which is one of the reasons I like it. In the winter, they have a sitting area outside under a roof, and there is a walkway around the entire building. There is plenty of room for exercises, outside is wooded in the back, and they have benches all over. Just a beautiful place, good neighborhood, and plenty of shopping close by. Two days a week, they will take the residents shopping if they want, and three days a week, they are made available to take them on doctor’s visits.

The experience at Pearl Crossing was very pleasurable. The facility was very nice. They have a very large dining room in the center of the facility which was three stories high. The three floors go around the top of that dining room so that you could look down into the dining room. The dining room sits everybody that lives there. It has somewhat over 100 people. They have a church facility and a lot of different activities. The people that worked there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to provide us with the information that we were looking for.

Pearl Crossing was the best of the bunch. The dining room was clean and elegant. The food was served by gourmet cooks and brought to you by waitresses, and it was delicious. The apartments were large. The staff were very helpful. I liked their friendliness and honesty. That place was also secure, and they had guards. It's a little more expensive, but that's fine.

Of all the facilities I've visited, the one that stood out was Pearl Crossing. I found the facility to be very open and the rooms were nice. The staff was nice and the people were active as well. It’s in a nice location and there's plenty to do around in the area. We were able to try the food and it was good. They had sewing, crocheting, and bingo.

My mother was in Pearl Crossing before. She didn't need much care there because she was a lot better at that time. Their food was not always great, and they went through a lot of chefs. But other than the food, I was very happy with Pearl Crossing. I just liked the whole atmosphere. They were independent and a tight-knit community, and they kept a good eye on her. I would love to get her back there, but I don't think she will ever be good enough to go back. It was more affordable, and she was making it without any kind of outside assistance like Medicaid or VA or anything like that.

My mom will be moving to Pearl Crossing on June 1st. We chose is because she likes it a lot and it is exactly what she wants. It is very clean. The people seem very nice and personable. The rooms and apartments are also very nice and are a nice size. They have three meals a day. They have games and movie nights. They have a beauty shop. They take day trips.

Pearl Crossing was very nice and I liked it. The lady I talked to was very nice and the place was clean. There were different rooms like the studio rooms which were very small, while the other rooms were good for one person. They got everything you wanted. It was great but my sister could not afford it.

Pearl Crossing was the best fit for what mom needed. She moved there last July 1st. I'm impressed by independent living lifestyle coupled with the ability to have nursing care onsite as needed. The staff is approachable, responsive and accessible. Mom has a one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen area. I did eat one meal there and it was okay. I was also impressed with their shuttle service.

Holiday Retirement is located in Strongsville, Ohio. This is great because it is no more than 15 minutes away from my work. I needed a place to get my grandfather to stay at after he had developed some health issues and could no longer take care of himself. Holiday Retirement is definitely the place to take your loved one. The staff is very well trained, as well as nice and helpful. I was able to get help with the costs of it which is great too. My grandfather tells me he wishes he could have stayed here sooner! He has made many many friends with all the activities they have there. They also have two sets of managers that are available any time of the day as they are live-in managers! The staff at Holiday Retirement truly understand what all of their residents need to make them feel at home.
