We went to Brighton Gardens of Greensboro. I liked the amenities and I particularly liked their food service. They have a very varied menu. The menu was very impressive. The rooms were good. The staff member who toured me around was very professional and she gave us a lot of information.

Brighton Gardens of Greensboro was great. The person that did the tour with us was very knowledgeable and very friendly and took her time. It was a good tour. I visited a studio and a one-bedroom and they were very nice and clean. It looked like they've recently been updated. They had a walking trail and they had beautiful plants out there. Whatever they were cooking was smelling real good. They have a big area where you can enjoy your meal. There's a garden in there and a courtyard. They said they have a lot of vegetables coming up this summer.

Brighton Gardens of Greensboro was very welcoming. It did not feel clinical at all. It felt very homey. Everybody was delightful and wonderful. A bunch of residents were getting ready to go on a dinner outing. I looked at two different room sizes, a one-bedroom, and a studio, and they were both nice, very spacious, bright, and airy. I felt like they had everything that my parents would need. Everything I could see looked wonderful.

We toured Brighton Gardens of Greensboro. It was very, very nice, very welcoming, and we liked the whole thing. That's the main thing, the facility was warm and inviting, and we saw a lot of different activities that the seniors were involved in. They weren't just sitting around, wilting away. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. It didn't look like just some old nursing home. It was just a nice place. Clean, nice, nice rooms. It made me think it would be somewhere I would even consider for myself, but just everything with that place was just really nice, and I know if my mom did go there, she would enjoy it. It was very clean. I did not try the food, but it smelled good, I think they had just finished breakfast when we got there. The dining area was clean, like a five-star hotel, with everything stocked on the tables. A lot of wow factors. The time of the tour changed. The guy that was supposed to take us around wasn't there, but I let him know that I was probably going to come earlier. So the girl that took us on the tour wasn't somebody that was in sales, but she was just as informative, and it wasn't like it was staged. It was natural like she was just showing us the place like how she saw it. My sister had to go back and tell them that they were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They have a salon, they have a little bistro where they could go in for just coffee or snacks, then the activity room where they could just sit and do puzzles or read.

Brighton Gardens of Greensboro has a friendly staff. My mom's room is nice and spacious, and the atmosphere is cheery. The dining area is also very nice and accommodating. They have a staff that's very involved with the memory care residents where they do music day, bingo day, arts and crafts, and gardening on Sundays. The food is very good too.

We only toured the assisted living at Brighton Gardens of Greensboro. It was a very nice facility. The person we interacted with, her name was Judy, and she did a great job. It was nice and clean. The lady that we interacted with was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and the residents that we saw almost like they were happy there, so I have nothing negative to say about this community. The room was clean, but it was on the small side. It would have been a tight fit to have a bed and a dresser in there. They have a bus that takes the residents to shopping and medical appointments based on the day of the week. They have housekeeping, they do all of your laundries, and they offer three meals a day.
