Charlotte Square is a very nice place. We looked at several other places, and this was the best. They run a very good facility. The administrator is excellent. The facility has been there twelve years, and she's been the administrator all that time. The staff is excellent, and the kitchen staff is excellent. It's just a top-notch facility. The rooms are just wonderful, spacious, even the ones that are semi-private. They also have private and what they call a suite with two bedrooms.
They have lots of activities. They have different groups coming in, bingo, puzzles, sit-down exercises. The activity director, Sheila, is excellent. It's very clean, and it's very bright inside. The halls are well lit, and the hallways are large enough to even have two wheelchairs across and even a walker. The dining room has lots of windows. It's not like an institution at all. It's like a resort. The common area with a lobby has a porch all the way around it, and the ones that can go out can sit in the rocking chair.
