Hi, Alex. Thank you so much for bringing these concerns to my attention. We work hard to offer a top-tier dining experience, and many of our chefs have worked for well-known restaurants and resorts. Unfortunately, it seems our efforts may have fallen short of expectations. I'm very sorry to hear that. Separately, some of our communities are equipped to provide a more intensive level of care than others, and many Atria residents benefit daily from Life Guidance programming designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
