They take really good care of Donald. He really enjoys going there. They are really nice people. The director is a good person. The rest of the staff were really caring and hardworking. I go there to pick him up and talk to some of the people and they are satisfied with their services. My husband goes to Promenade twice a week.

The caregivers are very reliable, kind, honest, diligent and will do anything I ask like do exercise with my husband. They are just dependable and I can trust them caring for my husband and also being in our home. They are very good with scheduling and very accommodating with my schedule. The caregivers are very flexible at work and always willing to work with me. They are always very accessible and I can reach someone when I call them.

My husband is very comfortable at Promenade and it helped him to socialize with people. It has been a very positive experience for the two of us. He participates and talks to the other clients there. I think he started somewhere around November. He goes there twice a week. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about how supportive Promenade is to my mother by showing her that they are glad to see; how cheerful they are; professional they are in their care. It's always a pleasure to walk in there. The Director is right there ready to greet you with the big smile. She always has time to speak with you when you have concerns about your loved one. She always has time to sit down with you and discuss what your concerns are. She always finds the time and it's amazing. The lunches are delicious. They post them on little menu in the front when you walk in. It assured client that they are having a hot, healthy, tasty lunch every day. It's such a wonderful place. I love having my mother there. I feel so safe going to work knowing that she's at Promenade. The staff are loving and supportive, very caring and very responsive. They know their clients' good and bad points. They work very well and very hard to estalish a safe and respectful environment for all.

Promenade is a good place. I watched a lot of their different activities. They do something different like craftwork, bingo, and all kinds of games. I think it's very good. They have nice staff too. I have nothing bad to say. They were very good and I am satisfied with that place. I would recommend them to others.

Promenade is just great! The woman that runs the company is wonderful. I actually enjoy going there. I pick him up just to sit with everybody and play whatever games they are playing, or just sit around and talk to them. I am very happy with the program. They have activities like bingo and I like that. They also printed things that you will remember as an older person like old TV shows then if someone can answer it, they talk about it. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating and my father seems to like everybody there.

The woman in-charge of the program, Linda -- I cannot say enough good things about her. She's outstanding, very energetic and very caring. She keeps things going for everyone. She does many different activities so that the people have a variety of things to keep them busy. If there is a holiday, she brings in some entertainers. She makes her staff to be responsible too. She really cares about them. They do singing, bowling, and cooking. My mom really enjoys every activity they have. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I am the home care giver for my mother in law. She used to sit in her rocker day after day. Cranky and difficult to deal with. Since finding Promenade, the change has been nothing short of a miracle! She loves it and can't wait to get up, get dressed and head over. She sleeps better and her attitude has improved 100%. She can't remember what she ate while there :) but raves about the meals and the staff and new friends she has made. I would highly recommend Promenade in New Windsor for your loved one.

Linda and her friendly staff at the New Windsor facility are worth their weight in gold. My mom, dad and I thank you for your compassion and the care you provide for my parents and the great sense of knowing they are safe and enjoying the time they are there.

My parents have been attending this program for nearly a year and they both love it. The staff keeps them involved, entertained, and socially stimulated with activities, crafts and special events. They are always very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I always know my parents are in good hands. I highly recommend!

Excellent Day Program in the Hudson Valley Region. Pefect for those who live with family members and would like an enriched environment to go to Monday-Friday. Clean facility with a spacious backyard for outdoor activities. Welcoming staff and Superb Program Director who explores all areas of learning for the participants.

Our social day program is open from 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday.
We offer a light breakfast, dietician approved lunch and afternoon snack.
Located in a large, bright and cheerful building our activities include:
