If you're thinking on moving here beware that the rent goes up every year(3 years i've been here), this year they must've FORGOT to spray around the buildings for bugs & they have taken over the buildings(ants). I've called about it but it falls on deaf ears, as usual! Management has her own set of hours meaning she might be in the office or she might not if you need to talk(complain) about something. The washers in the laundry room are tiny at $1.25 adds up if you have a lot to wash. If your by yourself living here it's impossible if your on a fixed income. If we get a cost of living from Social Security this place takes it with a yearly rent increase. No cost of living, rent still goes up!

I visited my grandmother for two weeks in this complex. The complex itself is very beautiful. The grass is well kept and the dumpsters are contained in little houses so it looks very nice. The complex has the usual woes of any apartment complex: the windows are drafty, the appliances outdated, the HVAC needs to be cleaned, etc. There is, however, one HUGE complaint: my grandmother lives UPstairs. Who puts senior citizens in upstairs apartments? There are twenty five steep stairs leading to the second floor of her building that she must climb with groceries and trash.
Liberty Apartment is an assisted living facility located right next to the Stiglmeier Park in Buffalo, New York. It's a short distance from the coast, just right for recreational activities. Residents get to enjoy beautiful grounds near the park, and family can visit for pleasant picnics and leisurely walks. Family and residents give the facility high marks for being well maintained and beautifully constructed. The dumpsters are located inside house-like structures for added comfort and beauty for the residents. With both ground floor and upstairs apartments available, this facility can handle the needs of various residents.
