Experience was overall very well. Nurses were all very competent and pleasant. The therapy department was OUTSTANDING!!! The menu for food was varied and really good. Nurses Regina and Megan stood out from the rest of all the amazing staff. Thank you very much.

I would like to commend the administrator in his field. This facility is surrounded with a really fine staff team. The front office, nursing staff, and kitchen are great. Denise in dietary is amazing. I cant say enough of Yvonne the social worker and Martin the assistant administrator are 2 people who devote themselves to their jobs and are outstanding. The staff is a blessing to the industry, any request that i had was taken care of within a short amount of time

The staff here are just wonderful. Everyone is really helpful and lookout for your best interest which is hard to find. The therapy department is filled with the most passionate people that encourage you to want to get better aside from actually getting me better very quickly. The nurses and aides truly care about you and they have someone from the concierge department that checks on you at least twice a day. The facility is really gorgeous and lovely too.

Health Center at Galloway was very outdated and not well taken care of, but it was convenient for us because it was right across from a hospital. The nurses needed more training and they were a little distant, but the aides were very helpful and involved. The food was horrible. They need to improve their communication with the family, and there should be more involvement with the physical therapists and better timing in giving the medications. It seemed like the nurses were very distracted; there's not enough staffing.

If you love your family member do not place them in this place the nurses each could care less about the patient's care or the patient's well-being it is the worst nursing home I've ever seen in my life. Just waiting to transfer out of there as fast as we possibly can before anything else happens to her. 3 weeks of being there skin breakdown falling out of bed do two nurses failure to put on bed alarm when provided connected to the bed

my my mom is special

This is the second stay for my mother. The first stay was so pleasant and all the staff were great! The food was never good. however, upon mom getting sick again and needing another stint in rehab we happily picked here. This time is totally different!! The service has been so poor, my mom is so unhappy and I have gone to the social workers three times to try to get some of the issues resolved. it took me three different attempts to have my mothers prescriptions corrected, they give her a hard time every time she asks for anything. The therapy group are wonderful, and I understand they are letting them go and contracting an outside group! Very disappointed and she won't go back here ever again!

Health Center at Galloway was nice, and they had a lot of activties for the residents. The eating area was set up like a restaurant, and then they had cooking classes. They had a full community kitchen and a music room. It was a big place.

bountiful decorated lobby very helpful staff i got back on feet walking much quicker then i expected. they do rounds in the facility a fe people at at time. there was more care then the hospital. my downside was my roommate was not my type. they did change my room as soon as i brought it up. i would definitely recommended

This is the third time unfortunately we have to use a rehab service .my family is happy to say the amount of attantion we've recieved over the stay was a lot more then any other place. We had a minor concern and spoke with social services and was right away contacted by administrator to resolve the concern. Food was by far better than any of the other places in the area.

It was like I was in prison for two weeks. Occupational therapy and physical therapy were very good. Some of the nurses were good and some were bad. When I buzzed for a nurse, it sometimes took over an hour for them to respond. The doctor was extremely hard to get in touch with when the nurses attempted to contact him. I also feel that the social worker has not empathy. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone except if I wanted to punish them.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My Mother has been a resident for a number of years. This has been, by far, the worst experience of my life. There is neither accountability nor compassion necessary to give your loved one any type of quality of life. The care is sub-par. We are presently searching for a new home for her.

Our close relative stayed here and for years and we always enjoyed the beautiful grounds and pleasant atmosphere. We were happy with their rehabilitation services and their staff overall.
