We have chosen Whispering Knoll Assisted Living for my mother-in-law. It's comfortable. There are a lot of positive things. It is close to our family. They answer all our questions. They help us with the application. It was a positive experience. Some of the nice things there are their dining room, their entrance, and the room itself. It was all positive. They have a library and an arts and crafts room. They encourage community, so we're hoping my mother-in-law makes friends. It's updated in some areas. It seems very clean. They encourage cleanliness. The staff was very personable, answered all our questions, and eased all our minds. They have outside seating, they have a salon, they take them on short trips to restaurants or shows, they have people come in to entertain them, they have games throughout the day, and they have movies.

We toured Whispering Knoll Assisted Living for my parents. The staff was giving somebody else a tour and even when we had an appointment, we still waited well over an hour for us to have our appointment. So, we were a little annoyed over that fact. There was some type of communication error there. Their facility is nice, and the people were nice. I don't know what they can improve on. We liked everything we saw, and that was the best we liked out of all three. They have numerous group rooms and the actual rooms for the occupants are much larger and nicer than the others. They have two nursing stations, one on each floor, and makes it convenient. They have a lot more to offer. They rooms were very good and were a good size. The maintenance and upkeep were excellent. The dining area was a good size, too. They also had some courtyards that were very well groomed and had gazebos and chairs. Their staff was good, except for the person who gave us the tour. She was a little bit hurried and there was some little tension there between her and my brother because of the wait.

My mother was a resident at this facility for 3 years, until her death. The family chose WK because it was beautiful, clean and well-staffed. Mom was a resident of the Memory Care unit after dementia set in shortly after moving there. The care and attention she received could not have been better. I visited her often, even during the pandemic, and I observed the interactions between aides and all residents, not just Mom. Everyone was kind and patient, giving the best care possible under trying circumstances. I would recommend WK to anyone.

I was able to tour Whispering Knoll Assisted Living for my Mom. Everyone was excellent, kind, courteous, and professional. The facilities were very impressive and very clean. They answered every question, were very helpful, and had all the answers. I didn't get to tour the whole place, but my niece did. The place is unbelievable. Yesterday, they had people outside. They had rooms for them like a TV room and game rooms. They had everything needed in a facility.

Whispering Knoll Assisted Living looks very warm and inviting. There are lots of activities going on. The food was good, and the service was excellent. The place was clean but a little dated. They certainly did a beautiful job with the apartment. The thing that impressed me the most was the longevity of most of the staff. Most people there, e.g. aides, directors, and heads of departments, have all been there for several years. To me, that speaks of a good work environment and that the people are compensated for their time.

I signed with Whispering Knoll. The people there are very nice, it looked like they have a very nice venue, and its across the hospital. Its almost in the same neighborhood that I live in now. The rooms are very clean and they have a lot of activities. They have a library, they have a meeting room, and a place for friends. They have laundry services, they take you out on trips to your doctor, restaurants, and they drive you to church. They have a very nice outside area. The room looked very nice, you can hang pictures on the wall, I have my TV on the wall, and I have a room next to the elevator. I liked the idea that for meals youre not assigned a specific table.

Whispering Knoll Assisted Living has a nice garden that you can walk around in. It is a very scheduled program because Dad is in the early stages of dementia, and he seems to like it. I wish they had a little bit more programs, but Dad seems to be adjusting well. They are serving three meals a day, and they have an area where Dad can get drinks. He also has a refrigerator and he can have food in his room, as well. They do his laundry, housekeeping, and they provide outside excursions. Every day they have something going on for the residents.

Whispering Knoll seemed to be a bit newer. They have lots of activities for the residents, so you certainly wouldn't get bored. The rooms were very nice, and they showed 2 empty units as well as units that were being lived in so you can see what people do with the space and how they decorate it.

We found a place for my mother-in-law in Whispering Knoll. We like it so far. She’s happy, and they made it very easy for her to move in. I would recommend it. The rooms are nice, airy, and big enough. She’s in a studio, which is actually nicer than a one-bedroom since it’s more open.

My cousin is in Whispering Knoll, and it has been great. She is happy, and she likes it there. The staff is nice, friendly, and keeps her busy. Every time I am there, they are on top of cleaning and everything else. It is a very nice facility.

Their level of care and their staff is excellent in every respect! As my mother turned 100 years old there this year, November 3rd, 2013 she has improved in her condition as well as possible "in spite of her dementia." They walk the walk as promised a few years ago to our family!! God Bless their entire staff.

There are some amazing people in this world, and some that appall me. I cannot understand how these people were comfortable with the way they treated my mother. She was mocked by the staff for her weight, weight she had put on due to steroids being one of the only medications that could help her. Despite crying out in pain when they placed her in a wheelchair, she was forced to sit for hours in uncomfortable settings. She was bedridden and was not going to get used to sitting still like that so suddenly. While I realize not every nurse here is responsible, I feel like anyone who walked away from her without a care was inevitably held accountable as well.

The population was quite a bit older than my aunt--she was there after a stay in rehab for a leg that was amputated. The staff was great at accomodating her, given her young age and comparatively sound mind. It was great to see her get better in this facility.

The food was consistently bad, and not in a healthy way, but in a prison-slop kind of way and my great-grandfather often felt ignored, despite that my family was paying top dollar for their care. The people were all self-sufficient, though, and there were some really nice people who were living there. They had lots of activities (like the Christmas party) and they played checkers and had trips to New York City and to the mall. His favorite restaurant was nearby, and they'd sometimes take him there (he still had to pay for it; they just provided transport. It looked like a Disney hotel from outside, too. It smelled like old people and dust much of the time, and the rooms were pretty small. They didn't even have enough space for him to have a real table in his kitchen, or his favorite recliner. He did like the people who worked there, the ones who paid him attention.
