Our experience with The Chelsea at Brick is great. The food's good, the care is good, and the workers are good. The staff is good. It's perfect. It's expensive, but good. Mom has a studio. It fits a double bed, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, a TV stand, and a recliner. They have bingo, arts and crafts, happy hour, and shopping trips on a bus. They also have a library, a courtyard, an activities room, and a movie theater.

The Chelsea at Brick was a nice and affordable place. We had a great tour. It was beautiful, very homey, and everyone was very friendly. I spoke with some of the residents and they all seemed very happy too. The rooms were nice, the menu and the activities calendar looked great, and a lot is going on. It didn't feel like a hospital or rehab or anything like that in memory care. It just seemed nice.

My mother loved The Chelsea at Brick, but when she had a fall, she went downhill as far as being able to do things more for herself. She was able to take care of her bathing herself and things like that. I liked it there as well. She had her friends there. She had her own private room with my dad. They're so nice. The workers still call her to see how she is. I think that's very nice that they continue to do that. They're very compassionate. I have nothing bad to say about The Chelsea at all. They were there for about three years. On a holiday like Labor Day, they would have bands come in, they would have a barbecue for the residents, and they all ate in the dining room together. It seemed like the staff was very friendly and helpful. I remember when my dad passed, it was very hard, and they had so much compassion. They were great. The facility was very nice. They had a little hair salon there and an activity room. They would even take a bus trip to Atlantic City or somewhere. They did things with them and they had their own little library and things of that nature. It was nice for her. I feel bad that she had that fall and it just happened that way. She wanted to continue to stay there, but unfortunately, she couldn't.

The Chelsea at Brick is fantastic. My mom lives there and we can schedule visits two times a week to see her. It's a really nice cozy place. It is also clean, pleasant, and decorated nicely. The food is excellent, and the staff is really caring. I'm very happy so far. They will have more activities going forward as the COVID restrictions are lifted. Right now, there's just not too much to do. There is a nice little communal area where they can gather and talk. They're a little expensive, but it's worth it.

The Chelsea at Brick is very nice. I'm mostly in my room because of the virus, so they don't have too much going on yet. The staff is very accommodating and very nice, I've had no problems. We have bingo, though not every week, they take us outside because we're not allowed to go by ourselves, and we sit down in the sun for about an hour or two. About three times a week they take a group down to the dining room to have lunch or supper. The food is OK. I'm not thrilled, but it's OK. The staff is wonderful. The activities are limited at the moment. We can't congregate as a big group together. Like when we go down the dining room to eat, we're separated by five to a table, but we're not close. It's expensive. My room is at over $5,000 a month.

My father was in Chelsea at Brick as temporary resident. I thought the staff was good, but the dining room was way too small for the number of residents. His room was fine, adequate, and clean. The food was terrible; my father said it was horrible, and he asked us to bring him food. It was a very friendly community, it was very convenient, and the activities were wonderful. They had bingo, arts, music, happy hour, movies, and they had a salon. I wouldn't recommend it because of the food.
