My father was at the Advanced Health located on Sunset. He almost died there when I showed up one morning, his mouth was full of blood because he was overly medicated. His mouth was filled with blood. His teeth were completely black, because the blood dried up on his teeth. It was a horrible sight. He could've choked my friend who works with LVMPD so this happens a lot at these kind of facilities I just didn't expect it to happen to us. We were mortified. He could've choked on his blood and died. At any moment. He already has stage four colon and liver cancer but he could've died from all the blood and once I got there, and I asked him what was going on and to help me clean up the blood. They didn't want to do it. We were so upset. We moved him out of that facility that day, if you care about your family member and you're planning to take them to Advanced Health , I would really think again there's nothing advanced about this facility. The food is worse than a homeless shelter. It smells like urine, but the most important thing is I would never feel safe leaving any one at this facility , it's really sad and a travesty that this happens to patients and now I am someone who has witnessed such a horrible treatment of our loved one.

My mom was at Advanced Health Care of Las Vegas for rehab. They were very open, caring, helpful, answered any questions I had, and seemed to take very good care of my mother. I didn’t care for the food since it didn't look appetizing at all. There wasn't much going on for my mom other than rehab, so there wasn’t a lot of social engagement for her, which was a detriment to her mental state. I don't blame them for that since it is what it is. The rooms were very clean and I have no complaints.

My mom was in Advanced Health Care, and her care there was OK. The CNAs were really good. The facility was very nice and clean. However, when it was time to move her, it was like they pretty much threw her out. It was really quick, and it wasn't like they were coming in there giving me updates every week. It was like a day or two before. I was scrambling around. They needed to keep in contact with the family members because, once the patient is in there, they lose contact until it's time to move again.
