Due to protocols put into place to ensure the safety of our residents, we have had to shift some of our normal operations to abide by protocols as the safety and wellbeing of our residents remains our top priority. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our residents and their loved ones during this time as we navigate through these unprecedented times together. We generally have yearly rate increases to accommodate for inflation and to ensure we are hiring the best staff for our communities, all of which is communicated before a lease is signed.
