I liked Heritage Manor-Rolling Fork a lot, from the employees, to their schedule of things that they do during the day, and the fact that the seniors can be outside if they want. Everyone seems to be so involved with the residents. They have their programs and they celebrate the holidays and so forth. They care a lot about the residents. I also liked that it's extremely close to the hospital there. Everyone was just so nice and friendly, and if your loved one can't be in the home with you, you want them to feel at home, and that's what I liked about it. She's not just going to be stuck in a room somewhere. They will let my mother out to be sociable and she'll be able to go outside. If they're in a wheelchair, they have built up gardening beds where they can do it from their wheelchair. They have crafts, people come in and play the piano, they play games, there's coffee time, and there are different things that would make it fun. The building just needs a little updating on the inside like the patient rooms, but the rest of it looked nice. I liked the front when you walk in. There's glass and the residents who were sitting in the lobby can see out real good.
