My experience with the Cleveland Personal Care was top quality because my grandmother resided there for a very long time. She was pleased with the staff and they were there for her around the clock. The staff was very involved, nice, and always kept her room neat and clean. She never complained about the staff or her extended stay at this particular facility.The leisure room was a very great asset to this facility because it allowed the clients, staff, and family to engage with plenty of room to spare. The facility was always clean, and the clients really enjoyed the extracurricular activities the staff provided. Furthermore, the staff became her second family and she would always tell us how they made her feel comfortable and at ease.

Friendly staff, clean building, nurse is available 24/7, quick response to resident needs, less than a mile from Bolivar Medical Center. I couldn't say enough good things about CPCC!!!
